The sale and financing were handled fine, but I have noticed a couple of issues since purchasing the car, including super dim lights. I mentioned this to someine who called checking on my experience. I noticed a couple of issues since purchasing the car, including super dim lights. I mentioned this to someine who called checking on my experience. I was told service would follow up with me. This never happened. When I finally called service I was basically told they have no appointments period and they would put me on a waiting list. I have no info on my extended warranty, can't get issues fixed, and am stuck with a car I can't drive at night. I understand you buy a used car as is, but feel like you should have a way of at least getting help when you find an issue with the car, especially when I was told it was checked for issues before sale. At the very least, if there is no available help, staff should at least be able to provide info on where to go for service instead of having new buyers just feel completely abandoned after purchasing a car. It definitely makes it seem like the dealership just wants your money but doesn't care about their customers after the transaction is made. More
