We had a great experience at this dealership after having a not so great experience at the Peoria location. We got more of a personable experience here and less of a pushy used car sales person experience h a not so great experience at the Peoria location. They all work together as a team to get you in and out as fast as possible and it was much appreciated. The Ford we get we will come here even though we live in Peoria! More

We had the exact VIN of the vehicle and the process took almost five hours. The price of the vehicle was more than what was listed. (Not talking about taxes/fees/etc). The sales guy had little to know infor almost five hours. The price of the vehicle was more than what was listed. (Not talking about taxes/fees/etc). The sales guy had little to know information on Ford F-150’s. The vehicle was listed as new. It was not, it was a service vehicle with 2500 miles. That felt like a bait and switch. Overall not a good experience and would not recommend Camelback Ford to anyone. More
