Classic Ford Goes Above & Beyond I went in looking to get a vehicle and trade in my Jeep. Went to Classic (50-mile drive) just to appraise the car. I wanted to go home and discuss with my wife but they pushed me to "take it home today". They asked me to just make any ridiculous offer I could live with. They accepted my low-ball offer that I expected to be refused. I wrote a check and drove the car home. Absolutely no regrets. Good folks to deal with. Going back with friend tomorrow to look at a car for him. More
I found the push to "make a deal today" offensive. I understand that you are trying to protect yourself from letting me take your quote and get a slightly better deal elsewhere, but it mad offensive. I would not have gone elsewhere for a minimal price difference, but I suppose folks do. I do not have a solution for the problem. Next to my house this is the most expensive thing I have ever purchased. That level of pushiness is crude. Still, I was pleased to by locally and I believe we got a good price for our Ford F-150. We also purchased the Simonize glass coat and fabric protector. The bug splatter was not taken off the front of the vehicle prior to the glass coat going on. The inside was done correctly as far as I can tell. We were allowed a really through test drive as we were concerned that a six cylinder eco-burst would not back our boat up our hill. That and the comfort of the vehicle sold the truck. Very friendly service from everyone whether they knew us or not. Good team work at the dealership, if person A was off their partner was available and vice versa. You missed my husband's feedback because of this problem. He became frustrated when the e-mail didn't match and gave up. I see now that he would not have been able to see and correct his error. We went to Cambridge Classic Ford based on a car that we wanted that was advertised with a great internet price. We immediately found the car on the lot and were surprised by the price. Unfortunately, I forgot the printout of the car with the VIN and price at home. Since we did not live close, we did not go back home to get the printout. We decided to test drive the car that they had on the lot.We were convinced that this was not the car on the web site. After negotiation, we were able to get the car at a good price, however, it was not at the internet price. All other aspects of the car deal went as well as can be expected. After returning home, I realized that the VIN of the car that was advertised on the web, was the VIN of the car that I had just purchased. I wrote an email to the dealer explaining how disappointed I was and how I felt it was misleading. The next business day, I received a call from the sales manager Gavin. After a brief discussion and confirmation that I had the printout of the car with the VIN and advertised price and also, a link to the web page with the car and the advertised price, he agreed to honor the web price. They reimbursed me for the difference. More
We showed up on the lot looking for a truck, and was approached by Ryan. I am not into a pushy salesman, and Ryan was the best we could have asked for. There wasn't anything on the lot that interested us at the time, so he took our names and numbers and asked us exactly what we were looking for. Ryan said to give him a couple weeks and he would see what he could find. Ryan gave us a call to come in and look at a truck he thought we would might like. We weren't interested in this one, so he said that he would look again. Gave us another call in a few days and so we came in to look again, and it was the truck that we were looking for. I would recommend Ryan and Classic to anyone I know. Great people to work with when looking for a vehicle. More

This is the 5th car we have purchased from Classic and the 2nd from Brian Stillion.We have been very pleased with the dealership during our purchases and after the purchases.
