I had the engine blow up while still under warentee. The dealer had Ford pay for a new engine. My only issue with the dealer is after a couple weeks I was told the truck would be done on Saturday. Monday dealer had Ford pay for a new engine. My only issue with the dealer is after a couple weeks I was told the truck would be done on Saturday. Monday was a holiday so I called Tuesday morning. I was told "Tomorrow" So I called back Wednesday, I did not get a responce so I booked a flight for an employee to fly in Thursday. When they finally called back Wednesday I told them I would have someone there in the morning to get it. The sounded worried but said OK. When my employees showed up the truck was still in peices and they were missing a part that was backordered for 2 weeks. They knew this when they talked to me the day before. So not only did I loose flight cost now I have man hours and still no truck. The did jump through some hoops and found the part a couple hors east at another dealer. This time when my employee asked them face to face when the truck would be done he was told 2 day at least. If it takes 2 days at this point why on Tuesday was I told should be ready Wednesday. Be warned the service department does not know how to estimate time and lies to their customers. They were not mean just not truthful about the status of my truck. More
