The worst dealership ever. I called and spoke to Arvind to get pricing on a new xt5 due to my lease ending in a few months. Plus I was looking for a specific color. He told me he could get me the car but I’d have to fill out a credit app which I did. I was approved but no car seems it was sold. I don’t know why he didn’t hold car if he was running my credit. So now I have an approved credit app but no car. Typical bait and switch. He proceeded to try to get me to take a more expensive car. Buyer beware very unprofessional and no integrity whatsoever. You give this business a bad name. More

DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME. your typical run-of-the-mill shady dealership. I inquired about a used car they had on Carfax, the used car sales manager Arsalan confirmed with me o your typical run-of-the-mill shady dealership. I inquired about a used car they had on Carfax, the used car sales manager Arsalan confirmed with me over the phone there are no other fees other than sales and DMVs. when we got there they tried to charge some $1995 inspection fee, and another extra $2000 if I'm not financing through them. After me calling out their xx, they agree to sell the car, then another sales man came and said they can't find the title and it might take another week or so, then a week later they stopped returning phone calls and text. I was able to find another car at a different dealership and the experience was 100x better. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! More
