I attempted to purchase a vehicle I saw advertised on their website. I called and spoke with a sales person who got my details and a copy of my driver’s license to start the buying process 5/24/22. As I am out of state this was all done over the phone and through email. I confirmed the price with him via text and he responded with that is the “financed price” he was getting me the cash price paperwork tomorrow. I found this to be odd. I called him in the afternoon the following day 5/25/22 and he said he wasn't in the office right then and he would get me the deposit paperwork so I could reserve this vehicle. He sent the deposit form to me from his personal email account. I wanted to confirm this wasn't a scam and the cash price as he hadn’t sent me the paperwork yet. I called and spoke with the sales manager and he verified that it wasn’t a scam and it was the salespersons day off. The sales manager then told me the price of the vehicle was wrong on the website and proceeded to raise the price nearly ten thousand dollars. He then offers me a lowered price due to the confusion but was still over eight thousand higher than the listed price. I then spoke with the general manger who again said this advertised price was a mistake and refused to honor the agreed/advertised price. More
