DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a truck here and about 2 years later I went to trade that vehicle in for a 4x4. Come to find out the title is branded and now I can not get r I bought a truck here and about 2 years later I went to trade that vehicle in for a 4x4. Come to find out the title is branded and now I can not get rid of the vehicle. I was never informed of any previous or current brands on the title, let alone the fact that it was bought back as a lemon at one point in the vehicles history. I am lucky the truck runs fine, but I have been paying on a truck worth nothing. I should be able to trade in my truck wherever I live no matter where I buy it. I contacted the dealer to work out a soltuion and find out more information and I was told that it is my problem not theirs! More

Experience was pleasant and non pressure. Hans was helpful and understood the situation and the kind of car we were looking for. We did not buy the first time we looked. One good thing about the dealership is they have some lower priced cars,. We were looking reliable transportation for a college person.. Hans was informative about the cars and did not pressure us. We were not rushed into any decisions. After the purchase we had to ask Hans to do some extra paperwork for the insurance, which he graciously did, so the car could be driven by it's new owner. This is the second car the family has purchased from Cactus Auto. More

Thought I had a good experience...kinda I bought a 2006 PT Cruiser from Cactus in 2014. I drove it off the lot and it started overheating. I called, took the car back and was told to come I bought a 2006 PT Cruiser from Cactus in 2014. I drove it off the lot and it started overheating. I called, took the car back and was told to come pick it up. The mechanic was unable to duplicate the problem. I picked it up, it was overheating, I took the car back, got a call to come get it that it was fixed. It again started overheating. I took the car back again, was told to come pick it up, it was fixed. The head gasket was blown, that was repaired 12/2014. When i bought the car initially I was also told that I was purchasing the warranty and that if my car broke down that I could take it in, pay a $100 deductible and it would be fixed. Now less than 2 years later the car is overheating, again. After replacing the thermostat, radiator cap, its still overheating. I took it to a repair shop and was told, it's once again the head gasket. I had the repair shop call the warranty since it is still "covered" and they will only cover part of it. They will not cover the diagnostic, they will not cover for it to be resurfaced if that's what it needs. This car has less than 100,000. I called cactus to find out exactly what repairs they made. I was told by their service dept that they fixed the blown head and resurfaced. They made the repairs so "I must have driven it hot and rewarped the head or who knows." This car was sold to me with a blown head and I didn't even get to drive it for 2 months after because they were repairing it. I wasn't taken seriously about the overheating until I emailed a video of the needle moving up, only then did the "the mechanic can't reproduce the problem" stop. My fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt and expecting a quality car. Now I'm stuck with a car that can't be driven and a $5400 loan to pay with no drive-able vehicle. Paid for a service plan that won't repair the car unless I pay them to tear apart the engine. They are friendly to deal with but not a quality vehicle. Buyer beware!!! More

My credit is awful and I had nothing to put down but needed a vehicle and he was able to help me out very quickly. He invited me down to look at reliable used cars on the lot and promised me he would help me select something affordable, dependable and economic. From the moment I arrived I felt confident that he would help me find exactly what I was looking for. He asked questions to determine my needs, spent a great deal of time with me, allowed me to take the vehicle(s) off the lot for a test drive, and once I made my selection he took the time to explain various credit plans, service contracts, warranties, etc., making sure I understood all of the details. He treated me like one treats family. I felt respected. More
