Great customer service, as for the vehicle. Great customer service from Hans, and all of their other staff made the buy simple and were willing to make it work financially. On the side of the vehicle I purchased I was upset, mind you I am an ASE Certified technician. On my way home, 1 1/2 hr drive, the car began misfiring as I found later due to wet coils from engine bay washing. 1 week later fuel pump went out, and 2 days after that a coil went bad, also found where they had removed the old stereo a ton of unused wiring was left behind along with switched that were once hooked up and weren't when I bought it. More

Drove a long way for a car that was already sold I don't normally write bad reviews but our experience was so poor I felt the need. There was a car listed for sale on the Cactus Auto website and the I don't normally write bad reviews but our experience was so poor I felt the need. There was a car listed for sale on the Cactus Auto website and the same car was also listed by them on Craigslist. Knowing it was an hour drive we called to be sure it was still available. We were assured it was. When we got there we found out the car had been sold 2 weeks ago. They passed it off that they were using some new system and the people answering the phone aren't at the car lot location. Of course they offered to show us other cars on their lot. I don't know if this is some sort of sneaky sales tactic to get people in there but I will never recommend them. More

Might be the worse car salesperson I ever work with This Zeus guy is a clown 🤡 I had him tied in knots and twisted on a van they had for 226 days I made a deal for 7499. 00 the guy said yes I was appro This Zeus guy is a clown 🤡 I had him tied in knots and twisted on a van they had for 226 days I made a deal for 7499. 00 the guy said yes I was approved but he did not check with his manager then when his manager found out about the deal he tries to tell me the van real price is 9995.00 which is more then I showed him on the internet I walked laughing my xxx off . Pls if your going to hire salespeople train them if I had spent another half an hour with this clown I would have explained the floor plan to him and got the vec for even less good thing for them the manager did his job . So keep paying that flood plan tax you will be so underwater on this van you will be wrighting it down for months . You should have take my deal now you just wasting money good job Zeus More

Stay away from warranty Stay away from the bogus extended warranty that they will push, HARD. These guys are pros at talking in circles and getting you off the phone. If you try to cancel warranty they will do their best to tell you they dont kow what to do. You may get a decent car, but, it wont be due to their honesty or work ethic. it'll be luck. The owners are either absent most of the time or they are as shady as the people they employ. Too bad, an honest car dealer could do well. Theyd rather bleed you dry and send you packing. Dont beleive the xx polite responses, its all fluff. Total predators. More

HORRIBLE! THEY SELL LEMONS, THEN YOU'RE STUCK DONT GO HERE I bought a truck 2-22-17. The next day the check engine light was on and they said I was stuck . LEMON ALERT!!!! They said it was the thermostat, and I bought a truck 2-22-17. The next day the check engine light was on and they said I was stuck . LEMON ALERT!!!! They said it was the thermostat, and they repaired it, but it's concerning that on only my second day of purchase the check engine light came on! I stated I no longer want the vechile and they pretty much told me "oh well you already signed the contract". HORRIBLE More
