I recently purchased a vehicle from Cable Dahmer Chevrolet Independence. My experience up to this point has been terrible, highly disappointed, and not only the vehicle, but the treatment by the sta Chevrolet Independence. My experience up to this point has been terrible, highly disappointed, and not only the vehicle, but the treatment by the staff at this location, the vehicle I purchased had a variety of problems and issues shortly after the sale. I feel like I was pressured into the sale and pressured into buying all the extras. Extended warranty maintenance plan the whole nine I’m still trying to get back acetic keys from them and my down payment that was never put toward my purchase when I have returned to the dealership to conduct business with them over these issues. I have been threatened. I have been threatened over the phone, particularly by this gentleman, Mr. Corum, who told me to not return to the dealership because it was not a good place for me to be. But yet if I wanted to meet him anywhere else that he would meet me anywhere anytime, I bought a service plan and maintenance agreement and extended warranty from Cable Dahmer but you had been told not to return to the dealership. and a threatening manner if I had to suggest a dealership to buy a car from the last one on the list would be Cable Dahmer, Chevrolet of Independence, unless you like high-pressure sales and a team put together to put you upside down in whatever vehicle you end up in, if your credit will allow More

I bought my new 2026 Buick Encore GX in Olathe KS but work in Independence MO. I looked up both dealerships to get my oil changed and Independence was able to get me in the next day. This was my first work in Independence MO. I looked up both dealerships to get my oil changed and Independence was able to get me in the next day. This was my first time getting anything done on my Encore and Brian Cypert was so nice and informative. I will definitely be coming here for all my service needs. The only reason I gave 4 on the dealership was due to me putting a $500 payment to hold the truck over the weekend while I got my xxxx together. When I was rereading my sales contract a day later, I noted that had not been applied. I went back and they certainly refunded it. Prolly slipped through the cracks, but I had to catch it so 4/5. Zane Shaddox made this one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. From the beginning, I was very clear about what I wanted, what I was willing to spend, and that I did not want the usual hours experiences I’ve had. Zane actually listened. He respected the terms I gave him, communicated clearly, and worked to find a way to put together a deal on a car I genuinely wanted rather than pressuring me into something else. I especially appreciated how straightforward and easy he made the entire process. If you’re looking for a salesperson who listens to what you’re asking for and works with you instead of against you, ask for Zane Shaddox. I would absolutely work with him again. More
