I had been looking for a newer car with low miles for awhile. I had never bought a car from a dealer before so I was fully prepared to do the negotiation tango that is used car sales. When I went to the lot Mike greeted my father and I. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately brought me to the car I have now purchased. While walking to the car Mike had mentioned the car was listed at $12k but he could probably get it to me for about $10K. The car was wonderful, a Nissan Maxima, and Mike was very knowlegdeable and took into consideration all of my concerns about buying a car. After I decided to purchase I readied myself for a long negotiation process, but my it was all for nothing. The process went smooth and Mike was very honest with us. You could tell that he too was not a fan of the negotiation charade. He gave me an offer, I counter offered, then one more offer from him. They gave me plenty for my trade to bring the overall price down to where I was comfortable. One final offer and it was done! I was able to get the car for about$ 500 over my original offer. Mike explained to me about all the perks that come with buying from Cable Damher, like 2 yrs maintence, rentals and pick up/drop off services for when my car needs serviced, and a 3month/ 3000mi warrenty, plus various other random perks. Mike made us feel so welcome and that I was not pressured into a price or car I was not comfortable in. He worked hard to make sure I was taken car of. After all that we went to chat with the finance guy, who was also very pleasant and respectful. I did feel a little pressure to get their credit card but I can understand that that's just part of their job but again he took my concerns into consideration. My car had not been through the detail shop yet so I left it and picked it up the following Monday. I work late and Mike stayed until 7pm to wait for me to get off work and come get the car. The car was BEAUTFUL. Mike had furnished us with a few water bottles and candy and such. I felt like I was getting turndown service at a fancy hotel, it was great. Obviously peanut butter M&Ms should be the deciding factor on what dealership/dealer you choose but this demostrated Mike's contiuned attention to detail even after the sale. After getting the keys Mike filled up the tank some and we were on the road! The service I recieved from Mike and the entire Cable Dahmer team exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely, 100% recommend Mike and Cable Dahmer!!! More
