I brought my Honda in late in the afternoon on Saturday thinking I would take a chance getting my oil changed and an inspection sticker that was over due. I thought it was worth a try. I fully expected that I would have to make an appointment for a later date. I was so happy when I walked in and found that it would be done and it was no problem. Jenna took info and directed me to the coffee. LOL I did not have a long wait at all. To wind this up when I left Jenna went with me to my vehicle and show me some tricks I never new about my Honda. Purchased a pre-owned Volvo that had dozens of hidden scratches and swirl marks. Called and called call called but not once had a call returned. After showing up, they realized how bad the car was and pu scratches and swirl marks. Called and called call called but not once had a call returned. After showing up, they realized how bad the car was and put it in the shop for a detail. Also, the car shows two keys buy was only given one. When I contacted the Volvo dealership, they said it'd be half price for a key if I purchased through Valley Honda. However, they have never returned a phone call (shocker) and when I showed up again, stated they can't ever get in touch with Volvo (despite being under the same ownership). Also, Volvo has answered and put me in touch with the service manager every time I've called. Valley Honda is fine if you don't want anything more than to purchase a car, you won't get any support beyond that. More
