Second car but a good first time experience. Walking into the doors of Subaru, we were greeted by a staff with big smiles on their faces. Which was kind of odd because usually you at least find o Walking into the doors of Subaru, we were greeted by a staff with big smiles on their faces. Which was kind of odd because usually you at least find one stale face in a bunch of about 12, but it was definitely reassuring. I was accompanied by my dad, who was going to help me through this first time experience before I moved away from him. We were then encountered by Miss Gabby, who seemed excited to see us, and was very helpful. She talked us through the cars on the lot and how and why they were rated more safe and reliable by most families, which was nice to know being that I was going to be a handful of hours away from my own. She let us test drive as many cars as we could within my price range, and see how they all drove. She made sure my car was detailed, repainted, and the tank was filled to a 't', which was very satisfying. She even made sure my dad's car was detailed for the wait time on that very busy day. That was uncalled for of her but very nice and thoughtful. Gaby was great ! I was NEVER too fond of getting a car attached to making payments, AT ALL! Especially with little to no credit built, hints why I bought my first car straight up. But, I would be moving to Georgia soon and it'd be better to have something more reliable with warranty, than to go out to a new place and not be completely covered. That made sense to me, but was still very scary as well. Then, I walked into Mr. KP's office and was very encouraged. He said, "you're young and most adults twice your age don't even get approved for the loan you did. Which shows that you're good and responsible with your funds and in about six months from now, as long as you make all your payments on time, your credit will skyrocket, then, you can refinance and your rate will go down closer to what you're more comfortable with. Be proud ! You got this." That made me feel good inside and less fearful for this little journey. More

Sean introduced us to Myron who did everything she could to help meet our needs. Kp then went to extra mile to make sure to get us the best rate possible. Every single one of them did all of this without being the slightest bit pushy or aggressive. It was an enjoyable experience all around. More

Best car buying experience EVER! I had been to a different dealer previously, and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Subaru Forester Purchase I love Subarus! This purchase was my 4th Subie. My previous purchases were conducted at other area Subaru dealerships. This sale, by far, was the smoo I love Subarus! This purchase was my 4th Subie. My previous purchases were conducted at other area Subaru dealerships. This sale, by far, was the smoothest new car transaction we've ever experienced. Our salesman, Chris Johnson, was professional, knowledgeable and customer-service oriented. KP Penn, the finance manager, was exceptional in how efficiently he completed the paperwork. KP was also very customer-focused. Floyd Hayes patiently showed us how to use all the new bells and whistles of a 2017 Subie, in the middle of a hail storm no less (my old Subie was a 2005 Outback). We met Shawn Hicks and enjoyed our basketball conversation while we waited for our Forester to be spiffed up for delivery to us! We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru! My only regret? Not meeting Karma!!! More
