Never better experience!!! ENJOYED buying a car! This being my 5th new car in 10 years, I never, ever thought I would ever say this but... I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE of shopping at Colonial This being my 5th new car in 10 years, I never, ever thought I would ever say this but... I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE of shopping at Colonial Subaru. I can honestly and confidently say that I will never recommend or purchase from a dealer other than this one. Granted, this is my first Subaru so maybe the experience is great with all Subaru dealers but I have never felt so accommodated, informed, and respected while shopping for a car. The staff there - especially Gaby, Patrick (or the guy that helped clear up my Equifax issue), Chris, other Chris, and Floyd are the people to know! They were super helpful and never pushy. I strongly recommend Colonial Subaru as my experience there was exceptional! More

Best of the Best!!!! Our Outback adventure started with a great new salesman Ali. He was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. The management team of Chris and Patrick kept things smooth and worked out the best deal possible. Then we moved to a great experience in the finance room. They were very helpful in working with Bank of Southside to get me the best rate and quick approval. The process was smooth and seamless. No high pressure to take on aftermarket products. When paperwork was done and we were ready for delivery, Floyd took us from top to bottom from trunk to engine. This was the highlight of our experience, this car has so many features and Floyd walked us through every aspect. He took so much time with us and completed our experience. Detail team did a great job on cleaning and shining up our fabulous new Outback. I forgot to mention they donated $250 to Feed More. That will help feed 1200 people. Merry Christmas. More

As soon as you walk through the door you are home. This is our second experience buying a Subaru. We had gone to several dealers until we made the trip up to West Broad and met Chris Johnson. He was so patient with us and helped us get the best deal with leasing. We decided we wanted to lease again instead of buying. I had called Moores Subaru and they told us that Chris Johnson no longer worked there. We decided then not to make the trip up there since Chris Johnson was no longer there. I called Colonial Subaru and told the nice young man that our salesman no longer worked at Moores Subaru and wanted to come to Colonial. He asked who the salesman was and I told him Chris Johnson. He said, this is Chris Johnson. I am now working at Colonial Subaru. I was so relieved that we could continue our good standings with Subaru since Chris worked there. Everyone at Colonial Subaru was so attentive, helpful, polite, courteous, did not rush us, and utmost respect for our decision making. They were never pushy and only called to follow up. This is the kind of service that makes you want to stick with the "good guys". Chris Weinberg and Patrick Way guided us along with finances and final decisions on a purchase that met our needs. Floyd Hayes was amazing explaining all the new features in the 2018 Subaru. We feel comfortable now driving it because he was so thorough in explaining and re-explaining things. Chris Johnson is one of the best salesman we have ever dealt with. No matter what our decisions came to, he never changed his attitude towards us.
