Pleased beyond measure This is my second purchase from Gateway in two years. I went in not expecting to drive away in the vehicle that had every option on it that I wanted a This is my second purchase from Gateway in two years. I went in not expecting to drive away in the vehicle that had every option on it that I wanted and within a price I could afford but I did! Milton listened to every option I wanted, down to the color to the interior and how I wanted the trim to look and he brought that vehicle around for me to test drive! Everyone was great working with me on financing to appraising my trade etc. Next thing I know, Milton had set up my satellite radio, navigation, blue link and synced my phone to my new Tucson! I drove away on a full gas tank, very clean auto and Milton switched my license plates and went over the owners manual with me and all of my new gadgets in my car!! Milton certainly took his time with me making sure I felt comfortable with the entire process and that I was not just happy about my car but that I loved my new car and wouldn't change a thing! I never had been asked that before and thinking back I would have always changed something but not this time! Thanks Milton! More

He seemed to understand the reasoning behind the finance decisions and was able to explain it to me with no questions. He also seemed to know exactly what kind of car to put me into based on my needs. He explained all of the features and made sure I was completely happy before I left.
