Me and my Hyundai In 2014 we got and SUV Santa Fe and we love it. This year we needed to replace our old car and didn't think twice over where we should go to get it. Car dealerships are especially adept at providing the customer with the illusion that they received a vehicle at a great value. I came into Gateway Hyundai with that thought in the back of my mind. At the end of the day, only you, as the customer can determine if you got what you wanted at a fair price. What separates a fairly honest dealership from the shadier ones is the experience you had getting to the fair price and the eventual delivery of that product. Did the dealership try to bait and switch? Hide incentives? Treat the customer as if they were doing them a favor? Or, were they genuine, honest, respectful, courteous, and worked with the customer to get the best possible deal, rather than get the most money they can out the deal so that the salesperson maxes out on their commission. Gateway Hyundai provided me with one of the better car buying experiences I've ever had. Sales person Charlotte Turner came across as genuine, honest, respectful, courteous, and she worked with me to get the best possible deal on my 2017 Elantra. I got a fair price for my trade. She along with Sales Manager Kim Garner, worked with me to ensure all of the incentives were properly applied and that the True Car price was honored. Not bad at all. Gateway Hyundai came across as one of the better car dealerships to do business with! More
