Colonial Hyundai - excellent service I just purchased my vehicle August 31, 2019 and have been very pleased thus far. I have received excellent service although I have only had two oil changes, a tire rotation and a state inspection. I see that now they are offering long term free oil changes and state inspections. Wish they would make that "slightly retroactive." I live very close to another dealer but chose them because I was much more pleased with everything about them. I also sent my niece and she purchased a 2020 Tucson - she got no free oil changes nor inspections. I have a Santa Fe. Vehicles and dealership have been great so far. I dropped my car off the night before. I received a call by 8:45am to let me know recommendations and if I would like to have done. I had, state inspection, oil change, coolant flush all done and car ready by 8:45am to let me know recommendations and if I would like to have done. A Match Made in Heaven I started my car search almost 3 years ago. I went to several dealerships in my area. Since I had such a "good run" with my 2005 Elantra hatchback ( I started my car search almost 3 years ago. I went to several dealerships in my area. Since I had such a "good run" with my 2005 Elantra hatchback (15 great years), I was partial to another Hyundai. Glenn Seymore was very patient with me but I just wasn't ready to buy. I started looking again in late January 2020. From the first day Sean Jones saw me on the lot and told me he was Mr. Seymore's (passed in Sep 2019) replacement, I had a good feeling. Sean had "inherited" Glenn's patience, caring personality and knowledge of their vehicles. So, after several test drives and guidance from Sean and Brandon Ritchie, I now am driving a new KONA. Sean has checked in with me several times to make sure I'm getting the most out of my new car. He has taken extra time to go over the "bells and whistles" that I'm definitely not familiar with. I know I can reach out to him for any questions I have. Thanks to Sean, I am enjoying my new KONA! More
