The car I bought was an Internet Special, which means its a rock bottom no haggle price you will pay. I was pleasantly surprised to see the Bill Bryan Dealership offered an Internet Coupon for a couple hundr a rock bottom no haggle price you will pay. I was pleasantly surprised to see the Bill Bryan Dealership offered an Internet Coupon for a couple hundred dollars off of buying an Internet priced vehicle. I feel that was a nice little perk they offered. I dealt with Mike Shadlich. He was the first car salesman I've ever dealt with that was not pushy. In fact not only was he friendly, he patiently answered the list of questions I had. He fully explained the cars features, made me feel comfortable when I went on a test drive,and was very efficient when it came to paperwork. He did not try and talk me into any other vehicle. With everyone and everything I encountered, the entire environment seemed like it was no pressure. I was taken around and shown the Service Dept and Parts Dept for future use. The Detail Dept. did a fantastic job on cleaning and detailing. After what I experienced in buying my car, I fully believe that the Bill Bryan Dealership cares about Customer Satisfaction. Thank You Bill Bryan Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep and Mike Shadlich my salesman for making my dream of owning a Dodge Avenger come true. More

In 56 yrs. of buying new cars, this is the worst experience I HAVE ever had. From promising one set of payment terms only to increase it to another in the written contract followed by excuse after e experience I HAVE ever had. This was the best service on a vehicle I have ever experienced. The fan belt on my Sprinter motor-home was replaced quickly and properly and I was on my way. My husband had stopped in at this dealership before and talked to Mike Sumner- and he liked his attitude & friendliness.And his willingness to help us with what we are looking for. Mike went out of his way to secure the vehicle we wonted-and answered any questions we had-plus he went over the truck with us-and wonted to make sure we were happy with it. And he followed up with a courtesy call the following day-to make sure. We both are very pleased with Mike Sumner-and would definitely not have any trouble recommending him-to other people. Same goes for Jeff Thyng-we were very pleased for the way he handled all the paper work-and was very friendly-with a great attitude. He was very organized-and had everything intact. My first contact with Bill Bryan CDJ was with Kristen. She phoned and emailed me the basic vehicle information, including an invitation to a weekend sales event. I visited the dealership the following morning where I met up with Mike Sumner, sales consultant. Mike showed me a Subaru and a Jeep SUV (Forester and Compass) and was very knowledgeable in each vehicle's specifications. After a couple of test drives, we decided to pursue the Jeep Compass. While the finance officer worked up my numbers, Mike gave me a personal tour of the dealership. We saw the service department, parts, customer service, and management offices. Upon acceptance of the sales offer, my Jeep Compass was detailed and delivered quickly to my waiting hands. Great experience! Mike was fantastic! I expect to have a great future relationship with Bill Bryan and would most definately recommend them to family and friends. More
