He was friendly and focused and did not waste our time. I will recommend him to all our neighbors and friends. If you find a good sales representative at a great dealership my advise it to stick with them!!! More

The internet ad advertised a price and when I inquired I was told there was an additional rebate available on the advertised price. When I arrived at the dealership I was told they could not honor that price even though advertised. I left the dealership and 2 days later the internet department called me at work and said they could make the previous requested deal. I went back to the dealership and once again the sales and finance people told me they could not honor the previous deal promised by the internet department. Will not buy from this dealer. More
Lucked out meeting Richard Bailey Richard was an excellent salesman. He gave me the no pressure approach. I came in for an oil change on my 2010 Charger. I looked a new Dodge Challe Richard was an excellent salesman. He gave me the no pressure approach. I came in for an oil change on my 2010 Charger. I looked a new Dodge Challenger over and found myself driving it home the next day. He made a deal on the Challenger that was simply hard to refuse. Again, Richard was laid back, no pressure, very matter of fact, easy to get along with and as a plus, he understood my sense of humor. That last part doesn't happen all of the time. Good job, Richard. I will definitely be recommending you as a contact to anyone needing a new car. Signed, Tim A Ford man (or a Dodge guy in denial). More
Buying My Pick-Up Had no idea how things would go when I went to see about getting a pick-up truck. Must say I was very lucky to have Richard Bailey as the sales person Had no idea how things would go when I went to see about getting a pick-up truck. Must say I was very lucky to have Richard Bailey as the sales person to help me in deciding. He was extremely helpful in all ways possible, and tried His utmost to be of service. Any questions I had He did everything possible to get answers for me. I thank You ever so much Richard for Everything You did for me,am am most pleased with the pick-up I bought. It is truly what I desired and will do just what I want to do with it. The price was little higher than expected,But knowing it will be able to handle the chores and work I want of it I am extremely pleased with the Dodge Ram 1500. Due to that and the help I was getting I felt it was worth the extra money to get something that will be most useful in the long run. I truly believe Richard Bailey deserves a FIVE STAR Rating. Keep up the good work Richard, and again thank You for everything. Tom More
Bait and Switch! Watch out for these slick dealers! We came to an agreement with a member of the internet sales team for a new vehicle and a trade in, including all incentives, dealer fee etc. Spoke wi We came to an agreement with a member of the internet sales team for a new vehicle and a trade in, including all incentives, dealer fee etc. Spoke with two people before making the trip up from Orlando to make sure everyone was on the same page. When we arrived, we were handed off to another salesmen who went into his sale pitch for a new car. After informing him we already came to a previous agreement, he brought out a used vehicle and told us this is what he had to give us. Obviously, this was a problem as we agreed to a new vehicle. We were passed off to the sales manager who apologized that we were quoted what we were quoted and he can not honor that. He continued to try to sell us a used vehicle, which we entertained to try to work with him, but after 1.5 hours in the shop, we left with no new vehicle, 1/2 day loss in pay, and 50 miles in used gas to show for it. The parting words were that he can't let a vehicle go for that price, and all he can do is say sorry that we were quoted that. They called a few days later and said they could honor the new vehicle price, but would not accept the trade as agreed upon. After I told them I feel like this was a bait and switch attempt, I was told I was bulling them and was unfair for asking them to honor the agreement. Worst experience ever. From when we walked in the door, to the multiple emails and phone calls afterwards, they had no intentions of giving me the deal that they got us in the door for. To add insult to injury, to accuse me of bullying and being unfair is just plain unprofessional. More

Been driving that car up until 2013 when I moved to Florida and had the car struck by lighting and due to age and no coverage on car I was told it was too expensive to repair. So I junked it. Been without a car for the past year and now decided to purchase again. Kept seeing ads for Bill Bryan and checked out their web site.. Liked what I saw so I stopped in there one Friday afternoon. I wanted a preowned but in decent condition and a decent price. I got both from this dealer. Todd Wood was my saleman and I found him most professional and quite knowledgeable, He passed on some very helpful hints pretaining to my credit. I would recommend both Todd and the dealership. This being my 1st experience buying a car in Florida, they made it simple and stress free, Keep up the good work Todd! More

Extremely long process and many misteps. The initial two hours spent with the Bill Bryan sales staff was productive and they "located" the Jeep I wanted at another dealer. I arranged to call The initial two hours spent with the Bill Bryan sales staff was productive and they "located" the Jeep I wanted at another dealer. I arranged to call the next day to confirm the deal. The problems started the next day when I tried to contact the salesman the following day to place my order. The salesman didn't answer his cell as previously arranged and no one that I spoke to the day before was at work that day at the dealership. My phone call was directed to Karen at the Internet sales dept and she assured me the deal was a "go" and my new Jeep would be ready that afternoon. Later that day when I called the to confirm the vehicle was in fact ready to be picked up, Karen was confused about the details of my purchase and was surprised when I asked her to confirm the "located" vehicle had been delivered. She admitted she did not know the Jeep was at another dealership but she would call me when my vehicle was on its way. Several calls from Karen later, one to ask if I could describe the Jeep I was looking for, another to ask for a $500 deposit, then another to ask if I knew where the Jeep was "located”, I realized I would not be getting the new Jeep that day as promised because Karen and the “locator” she was working with could not find my Jeep and no paperwork or records existed from my talks with the salesman and sales manager the day before. Finally, the original salesman called me back and informed me that the deal could not be completed over the phone and that I would have to sign paperwork at the dealership. Arriving at the dealer the next morning the salesman informed me the first step was to give them a $500 deposit before they would arrange for the Jeep to be moved from the other dealership. They did not know I had already paid the deposit to Karen the previous day. After sitting another 2 hours at the sales desk, I was assured the Jeep was on its way and would be ready for me at 3 PM that afternoon. Arriving at 3PM, I then waited for the finance officer to prepare my paperwork (she was new) and to have the Jeep ready for my inspection. After waiting for two hours I was finally called into the Finance office and expected to sign the sales contract and finance papers without ever seeing the Jeep I was buying. I then waited another 30 minutes while the Jeep was prepped. Upon inspection of the new vehicle it was clear the detailers were not very good at their job and the salesman had to get cleaning materials to remove spots from the hood and front fenders. Finally, back in the finance office, after several missteps (she was new) the deal was closed. I arranged to come back in a few days to have a small dent in the new vehicle repaired. The next day the finance officer called to inform me that some additional paperwork still needed to be signed (she was new) and I arranged to meet her at the same time the dent repair was to be completed. Arriving at the dealership I was surprised hear my original salesman was no longer with Bill Bryan but another salesman offered to help me. The dent repair guy did a great, quick job but the finance officer I had arranged to meet was off that day and her office was locked. After waiting for people to find and locate a key to her office the additional papers were processed. The new Jeep is great and I really like the product that I bought but the problems that arose dealing with the Bill Bryan dealership staff made the experience unnecessarily long, tedious, and very frustrating.
