Professional and knowledgeable sales team Mr. Il Park was our salesman. We first discussed the purchase of a new Jeep with him late last year, while our 2012 jeep was in for service. We took a test drive in a 2015 Jeep GC Overland with him. We took the jeep booklet home and reviewed all the options. We talked with Il several times over the next few weeks to get his input on some key features and our requirements. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep and provided insight of features for our decision making. We decided we wanted an Overland with 4 wheel drive and the advanced technology group and a few DAOs. We negotiated a good price for the vehicle and signed on the dotted line. We identified the color combo and since it wasn't on the lot he had one brought in. When we arrived to pick up our new jeep, everything was ready. Il took the time to go over the key features of the jeep, including the linking of our cell phone. We took a test drive with Il to become familiar with the many features. It even had a full tank of gas. It was great working with Mr. Park, we highly recommend him and the Bill Bryan Dealership Team. (This is the third jeep we have purchased from them) More

Worked hard for the sale Rob was my salesman and he is very friendly and professional. After I expressed which vehicle I had traveled to see he let me test drive it without him and upon my return he welcomed me inside to discuss a deal. He didn't use any bully tactics and he was very patient and respectful considering I am a younger women that salesman at the other dealerships I went to decided to act arrogant, inappropriate, or flat out rude. Once we came to terms on numbers he and Charles the sales manager worked for an extended period of time trying to get the deal done without breaking my bank and staying realistic. For this they made the sale! Only negative thing I would say is that this car was advertised online to include several limited additional features that the vehicle in fact did not have and I was a little annoyed that I drive all the way to seriously inquire on a car that I was expecting to have more in it for the price they listed it for but by the end of the deal, they made it worth my while and they took responsibility of that issue. If you are seriously considering purchasing a vehicle, I'd recommend you safe yourself the frustration and headache of going to any dealerships in Ocala or Orlando because they all have a revolving door of cocky salesman that don't know the value of a dollar. Highly recommend this dealership as well as these employees. More

OVERALL GOOD Mr. Wiggins was as expected, very friendly and quite knowledgeable the price changed a few times and the process dragged but I expect that. But when it came to financing I feel Mrs. Toth played me somewhat I chose an extended warranty and was told it was for 100,000 miles and 7 years, which I questioned as it said in the paper work 70,000. But was told by Mrs Toth that this was in addition to the 33000+ miles, so I continued with the warranty. Mrs. Toth also told me that the printer was acting up that's why things were taking so long. We finally got done and I left with my T&C. At home where there was plenty of time I read over the warranty and discovered that it was only good till the vehicle reached 70,000 miles not 100,000 as I was told, also the last 3 pages of the contract were missing, including the page with my right to cancel. I returned to dealer and spoke to Mrs. Toth and she rewrote the contract to say 100,00 miles and 84 month expiration stating the last pages were missing due to a faulty printer. I find this all hard to believe of a women of her intelligence and experience. Also the warranty says I must complete all required service and keep records of same which will be kind of hard asI did not get owners manual. Which should have been there as van is only 2013. I still would probably recommend this dealer, just pay attention to details as with all dealers. More

Of all the vehicle purchases I have made over the years this was actually enjoyable. The negotiation was professional and non stressful. And quick. Once we came to agreement Bill had everything in order and no time was wasted waiting around. The Jeep was everything we wanted and delivered as promised and when promised. In another two years we will buy another Jeep from Bill Bryan and we hope Bill Victorelli will be our sales rep. Unless he''s retired to a condo on the beach. Tim&Joan Harrison More
