I When I visited this dealer on 7/19 it was like I was invisible or had leperousy. Not a single sales person came out to see if they could assist me. I took a trip through the showroom and there appeared to be a large gathering in front of the main desk but nobody waiting on customers. This may be a great dealer but until I can do business with them, I wouldn't know. On the plus side, the restroom was clean. More

Found a used truck online & Karen was very helpful in providing any info we needed before we decided to go see the truck. Turned out that was not the truck for us but we did find something else. Our salesman Kevin Olsen was very helpful & patient with us & wanted us be 100% happy with our purchase. Edwin understood we had a budget & made it work. No pressure. No "typical" dealer sales/hustling tactics. They wanted us to love the vehicle & the deal & leave happy customers. Joanne in finance was great and very thorough. Honestly, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. This is what a car buying experience should be! More

They value profit over reputation and repeat business. I purchased a brand new car from this Bill Bryan Dealership just 2 years ago and my experience was completely acceptable. So when I was having my car I purchased a brand new car from this Bill Bryan Dealership just 2 years ago and my experience was completely acceptable. So when I was having my car serviced I decided to look around as my husband needed a new car. I spoke with a salesman and he showed me some options, we then made an appt for the following Saturday when my husband would also be able to attend. My Husband and I drove through the lot on Thursday night and a particular vehicle caught his eye. It did not have the driver's side window sticker with all the info about it on the door but he really liked it so we decided to speak to the salesman about it on Saturday when we arrived for our appt. That Saturday it still didn't have all the info. We test drove a Toyota truck that didn't really impress us, so then my husband inquired about the Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk that he had seen the previous Thursday night. When we went to test drive the Jeep, first of all it didn't start. He got the battery charger pack but apparently the battery was completely dead. This was understandable because apparently it hadn't gone through the service inspection yet. I did wonder why it was out on the sales lot with all the other cars if it had not yet been through the safety and service inspection and wasn't even stickered, especially since I knew it had been there for at least a few days. We told our salesman we really weren't interested in anything else, but to get it through the service inspection, get it priced, and then call us and if it was in our budget we'd come test drive it. He insisted that we wait, checked with the front desk guys, quoted us a price of about 28-29 thousand which was in our range of affordability and got a new battery so we could test drive it. I had told Him from the time I arrived that day that even if I found a vehicle I liked and wanted that I would not purchase it today, that I always had to sleep on large purchase decisions overnight. So then after the test drive we told him that if we purchase any vehicle off their lot it would be this one. We explained that we did at least still want to test drive the Chevy Colorado so that we could make an informed decision and that we had not been to the chevy dealership yet but would have to go there before making our decision. The salesman that went on the test drive with us was VERY knowledgeable about the Jeep and I did really like his salesmanship which was based on knowledge and getting us what we needed, when we mentioned to him that we would be going to the Chevy dealership he even offered to drive us there in the Jeep they were trying to sell us of course. Which was pretty creative without being to pushy. He seemed to have a better understanding of how far he could push without making us completely uncomfortable. He apparently was the mentor/partner I'm not completely sure of our salesman because they worked as a team. Our salesman was not brand new however because I did see that he was the April Salesman of the month according to his picture on the plaque on their wall. His salesmanship style was much more about complimenting my purse, shirt, my husband's sports team, etc. I didn't dislike the guy but he definitely was laying it on think and was all about the HARD sell, he didn't seem to care about the features we were looking for, he was more about what he had there to sell us. Several times suggesting that we didn't NEED navigation or 4 wheel drive, but here's the thing we also didn't NEED to buy a car that didn't have the features we were looking for which were: 1. Big enough to put a piece of furniture in. 2. An SUV or TRUCK, 3. If a truck, more sporty or classy, not a "work truck." 4. Navigation because my husband just freakin' loves it. 5. payments at or around $450 with less than $5000 down. 6. I prefer black/dark grey colored cars, but that wasn't a non negotiable. 7. my husband preferred 4 wheel or rear wheel drive. There was a lot of pressure with our salesman and he didn't seem super knowledgeable about his inventory which is probably why after test driving 2 cars with us he deferred to the other more knowledgeable salesman to test drive the vehicle that we were most interested in with us. At that point we gave them our credit information and the did a hard credit inquiry (as opposed to a soft one) based on our interest in the Jeep. They presented us with the options that weren't that bad, but then the manager came over and asked specifically what we needed to buy the car. We told him $4000 down and payments of $450 a month, he said he'd work it out. I said I still am not buying the car until tomorrow. He asked for a deposit to hold the car, I agreed and we left with the intention of returning to purchase the vehicle the next day. About an hour or so after we left our salesman called us, said good news we can meet your terms of $4000 down, and payments of $450. He said that he really needed us to bring check stubs in today though because tomorrow was Sunday, the banks would be closed and they wanted to get the financial side all situated for the purchase tomorrow. We did exactly as he asked, returned to the dealership and brought our check stubs, and our bank account summary to show how often we were both paid. Our salesman then again pressured us to sign everything today, we did sign the form that showed the financial break down. I think it was like an intent to buy form. At this point I began to get annoyed because I had already told them I would buy the car tomorrow and I was going to be late to a work engagement. He still kept pressing, "just 10 minutes, let's just get it done." At this point I stood up and said "I HAVE to go, I'm already going to be late, this is for my job, and I'm not buying this car today, I'll buy it tomorrow like I said I would." "Sit down, let's take care of this..." he said. At this point I said, "NO! I NEED to feel like I'm in control here, and I'm feeling to pressured and I have an obligation elsewhere." At this point the sales manager intervened and pulled back the reigns on his salesman. He could clearly tell that I was DONE for the day and that if he kept pushing they would lose the sale entirely. That night the salesman called me and said that he was "sorry if he had made me uncomfortable and that was not his intention." I let it go and told him I'd be in to buy the car tomorrow around noon. The next morning, I called my ins. company, transferred money from savings to checking, looked up the Kelley Blue Book value to see that the price quoted was on the low end of the fair deal spectrum for that car so I was feeling good about making the purchase, and I even looked for others in the area, there were others but they were all about 10,000 miles higher in mileage. When we arrived we spent about an hour doing paperwork and then he took everything and was gone for a pretty long time. We started to wonder if there was an issue. Finally, he came back an said there was a problem. He said that whoever had checked in the vehicle we were purchasing had done it wrong and that they were "not even sure where is came from" because it wasn't in the inventory. He also said that the info that they had submitted for financing was on another Jeep that was a different model, was a different color, and had a lot more miles, and in fact wasn't a vehicle they even had on the lot so they don't know where that info even came from. At this point I recalled that one of the papers I had signed had said Jeep and "silver" I had pointed out to him that it was wrong and he said no big deal, crossed out silver and wrote in red which was the right color before I had signed it. I guess I should've inquired more, but hey I thought he knew what he was doing. I was upset to say the least because so many people had their hands in this and failed to notice they were continually making mistakes. It's not as though I had pressured the situation, they had the sense of urgency and were pushing for the sale. Our salesman said he'd get everything straightened out and that we would get the vehicle at the price they quoted us as soon as they got everything figured out. He even shook our hands on it and said while shaking our hands we'll fix it and you'll get it at that price. He also said in conversation that the owner would approve it tomorrow and that he wasn't going to be happy about it and people would be in trouble. The next day I texted him what's the deal with the jeep? He texted back: "Good news from what I'm told come in tonight at 720 730 so we can get this behind us lol." I told him I'd see him then. My husband asked to get off work early so we and they salesman wouldn't have to be there all night. When we arrived the vehicle I had put a deposit down on, was now stickered and proudly displayed out by the road in a prominent spot, which I thought was strange since why would they be advertising it if they were "holding it" for me. We went in and the sales manager (a different one) came over and sat down with us and immediately started acting like he was doing us some favor. He said he ran our credit 3 ways and the only way we could have our 450 a month payments was if we put another $8000 down. I said how could that change so much? Then he tried to divert by talking about this other SUV he was going to sell us that would be only $410 a month. I said wait, I came in yesterday and brought my stubs so the financing portion would be down, this new financing must be based on a new price isn't it? Yes it was, so basically they made an $8000 mistake and rather than admitting it & honoring it, or admitting it and apologizing, they were instead going to just try and make it like it had something to do with my credit. I can't believe they thought we were that stupid that we'd just hand them an extra $8000 no questions asked or just be happy that they could get us a less expensive, less impressive model that we were NEVER interested in buying in the first place. We left. As I was leaving we checked the sticker on the jeep curious to see what the price was, the price wasn't there but the info was still incorrect as well. This is the info they put on after they realized it was wrong, so evening knowing it was wrong they still put it up there and parked the thing out in front proudly displaying the wrong info. We also checked the website and found a video of the exact vehicle we test drove with a price of $22,022. I texted the salesman when I got home that I was extremely upset that he had lied to me that morning. When he called I told him I was also upset that they were still featuring the wrong information both on the Jeep and on the website more than 24 hours later. He told me that if they had honored the price they had agreed to with me and taken a deposit on and filled out preliminary paperwork for that 3 people would be fired. Then he asked me if I wanted to be responsible for 3 people losing their jobs. Then he started immediately in on the hard sell "are you going to let $8000 stand between you and the car you want?" I told him I would never trust them enough to purchase another vehicle from them. He then told me he had made a "worse mistake" before and still sold that car, and that the customer had been understanding. And then said that's why he's a top salesman, seemingly proud that he could be incompetent and still manipulate people to buy. I told him that if he keeps making these mistakes maybe he SHOULD be fired. I don't think he appreciated that comment, but at this point I was irate. I told him that everyone had wasted my time and that I didn't appreciate how the entire situation had been handled and that I would like the owner of the dealership to personally call me and apologize. My salesman then actually said, "If I have him call you, then will you put the (extra) $8000 down and buy the car?" And he kept right on with the HARD sell. He said, "You can't get that car for the price you want it, thats just way to low and you know it." I said If it's so low why didn't you notice it. I mean he after all was the April salesman of the month and should have the knowledge of his inventory....I was so disgusted I hung up. The price now listed for the vehicle is $37,215 (which compared to what I saw for others online and estimated value sites is REALLY pretty high and definitely a lot more than the $29,000 they had originally agreed to sell it for, and even more still than the $22,022 that was on the website with the video of the car. I get mistakes, but this was MULTIPLE mistakes and apparently pure incompetence and lack of any attention to detail. Even on Sunday, some random salesman who greeted us when we walked in, who we had never talked to knew which car we were there for. There was NO confusion, they told me it was the only Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk on the lot. I wish I had excuses for them, but I don't. I now feel absolutely ashamed that I bought my other car from them 2 years ago and feel to uncomfortable to even go there for my service calls now. It will be a great inconvenience, but I just can't continue to give them ANY of my business after how I've been treated. And I would feel horribly guilty if anyone else went through an ordeal like this with their eyes closed because I hadn't at least warned them. More

I was very hesitant and wary as I began the process of looking to buy a used car, as we all know the stereotype reputation of car sales people, but I must say I was more than pleasantly surprised at how well it went. I dealt with Rob Audette, Charles Hunter, and Joanne in the credit dept, and they all went out of their way to make the experience as easy and accommodating as possible. I am VERY happy with my new car, a 2010 Hyundai Sonata, which has everything I wanted and more. And the process went much smoother than I imagined. So I most definitely recommend anyone to visit this dealership when looking for their next vehicle and I hope you have an experience as awesome as mine was. Thank you to all who I dealt with and I'm looking forward to a long and satisfying relationship as I return to keep my car properly serviced and maintained in the future. More
