Bill is very friendly and has a great personality. We bought our last car from him and even though we shopped around we came back to him to see his deal. Paul and Bill worked together and both were the same way. They explained everything so we knew what all costs were. They seemed to be on our side of the process - not more worried about commission than our needs and that really is priceless. Our drive home was easy because Bill took the time to sit with us in the car and explain each and every detail before we even left the lot. Bill & Paul are a great asset to the car buying process. It's not something we look forward to in any way but both of these gentlemen make it rather pleasant. More

While thinking of a new Dodge Caravan the dealership of Bill Bryan was within our area. The salesman who asisted me with explaining new vs used, prices etc was Steve Pilnar.
