I first dealt with sales on some things, and there I met Tom and Rick and was so impressed with their professionalism and attitudes in dealing with my questions. I then went to service for some unplanned, unscheduled work. They quickly got me to the service writer most familiar with my van, and I was hand-walked to parts, promptly got in for service, and was incredibly impressed at every stop along that way (writer, parts, and even the technician, who found a serious issue and fixed it!) I will ONLY return to Bill Bryan for any Dodge work I need done. They are professional, competent, and seem to truly be a ‘family’ that is looking out for their customers.
