My experience in dealing with Mike Shadlich could not have been any better. I started with Mike and unfortunely he had to leave to attend a funeral. Then I was turned over to Chuck. They are both perfect gentlemen. i was treated with the greatest respect. There was absolutly no sales pressure. They explained what the great deals were on that day. Mike took me out to look at the Dodge Avenger and I fell in love with it. I was thinking about a Dodge Dart but this car had so much more to offer at such a great price that I was sold on the Avenger. I am so thrilled with the car! You both are totally awesome people to deal with. So friendly and NO PRESSURE! You didn't try to talk me in to something I didn't want. Thank you for that. Thank you both for making me feel like you really cared about what I wanted and not what you thought I should have. I highly recommened these two gentlemen! I was looking for a good used car and a friend of mine referred me to Lou Newman, a sales manager at Bill Bryan. I called Lou and told him what I was looking for and the price range. Just based on my ph referred me to Lou Newman, a sales manager at Bill Bryan. I called Lou and told him what I was looking for and the price range. Just based on my phone call, he went to work for me, going above and beyond. At the appointed time, I went out to the dealership to look at the vehicle that Lou had selected for me. He had found a 2007 Saturn Ion with super low mileage, one owner and in superb condition. Upon arrival, Lou introduced me to Robby Aoude, who took charge and was very personable, taking care to answer every question that I had concerning the car, the price and other particulars. The price was perfect and we were able to work out very reasonable financing. After the paperwork and sale was complete, Robby himself made sure that everything on and in the car were perfect and that I was satisfied. From my experience purchasing vehicles in years past, Lou Newman and Robby Aoude went beyond anything I expected. The atmosphere from the the dealership and all the staff was very welcoming. I have never bought Dodge or Chrysler in the past but based on the service, I will definitely go back to Bill Bryan first when the time comes for me to purchase a new vehicle... More

Both Mike and Charles worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. They were friendly and very helpful. Mike took the time to listen to our needs and helped us to get we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. They were friendly and very helpful. This is our third purchase with Bill Bryan. I use their service department for oil changes and mechanical issues. I have always been treated well by all departments. If we keep this car I will return to Bill Bryan for another vehicle. This was due to Excellent Customer Service by all. More

Both sales consultants were excellent as Steve Pelnar helped on our return visit when Joe Ricklefs was out sick when we were looking at seriously buying our T&C. Both seemed familiar with the car and addressed all our questions and issues. No high pressure sales which we appreciated. My only issue was in the closing room (not sure of the name of the person), there was first a quote for the extended service contract which we accepted and then he indicated he made a mistake on the price (45,000 miles over the current speedometer vs 75,000 miles total) which revised our price upwards by $206. Almost felt as if it was a way to get an extra couple of hundred bucks out of us at the last minute. Otherwise we were happy with the closing as well as the sales people we worked with. More
We had an appointment at a specific day and time with a sales rep and that sales rep was not avail because he was out with another customer. We waited 15 min beyond out appointed time when I had to flag d sales rep and that sales rep was not avail because he was out with another customer. We waited 15 min beyond out appointed time when I had to flag down another sales rep and ask when we would be meeting with our appointed rep. Another rep was assigned to us that made out experience very pleasant and productive. Scott C was the rep that was suppose to meet with us but Scott M was the sales rep that took over along with the evening sales manager, who together, worked very sincerely with us to work thru the buying process effectively. Mike S is the sales rep of record assigned to us and he arranged for us to meet with Scott C in his absence that night. More
