Don't buy from here - overpriced - don't care about customer I bought a 2011 Kia Soul with manual transmission on 12/14/15 for $10000 paid in full. I had totaled my car and sustained two back injuries 3 months I bought a 2011 Kia Soul with manual transmission on 12/14/15 for $10000 paid in full. I had totaled my car and sustained two back injuries 3 months apart. When we went to pick up the car a few days later after detailing, it was at night. While we were waiting, the salesman and my boyfriend were talking. My boyfriend stated he thought I paid too much for the car. The salesman agreed and said it wasn't worth over $7500. He actually admitted that I way overpaid. The next day, I realized the car still had the look of not being detailed on the inside. Also after a couple of weeks of driving it, I realized that driving a manual transmission was exacerbating my back problems. I messaged the salesperson and his response was that I could trade it in on a different vehicle but I would lose about 4-5k. I then wrote a complaint on their website and a woman called me. She said it sounded like I wanted them to just buy the car back. I said yes and she laughed and said the sales manager would call me the next day. That was three days ago and I have heard nothing. These people will not work with you and will knowingly have you pay way more than the car is worth. Do not buy from this auto group! More
