This is not my first purchase at Bill Bryan Chrysler Jeep Dodge. In fact I have bought 4 cars over a period of 12 years and I return to this dealership because of people like Mike Shadlich and Charles Hunter Dodge. I am a return customer and ask for a particular salesman because of the way he presents himself, the vehicle I am interested in and how he handles the deal itself. I have found all of this with Mike & Charles and would recommend them to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. We were approached by Scott on the sales lot, as he saw us looking at vehicles. He was knowledgable and friendly.He was personable and neighborly. He never acted like a "salesman". He never pressured us at any time, always seemed to have our best interest at heart. Not being sure of what we were doing, Scott guided us thru the buying procces with ease. He showed us cars that were the just the right price,size, and style for our family. And Scott explained everything to us, every step of the way. We never felt pressured, uncomfortable or like he was just trying to sell a car. I think there should be more car salesmen like Scott. Car sales would go up! I had a good experience with this dealership. They were the only ones that would actually work up some numbers about the car I was looking at. I was in the market for a used vehicle and had just started lo the only ones that would actually work up some numbers about the car I was looking at. I was in the market for a used vehicle and had just started looking. My intention was just to look and find out what I wanted and could afford. There were some issues about the knowledge of the vehicle I was looking at but we finally got the correct info after all was said and done. I would recommend the dealership to all my friends and family. Even though I did feel a bit of pressure to buy right away. I asked for Rob to crunch the numbers for me and he started to have me sign forms to buy it. Which is not what I asked, then I wanted to think about it but he was a little pushy on me buying it that minute. So my only suggestion to Rob is your a very nice and blunt person which is great but try not to be so pushy. In the end I bought the Jeep and love it. I was going to buy it anyways. More

So when I told Charles just what I wanted and what I could afford on Saturday 4/6/13 he got everything lined up and approved before I ever set foot in the dealership on 4/9/13 at 8 pm. So in a little over 36 hrs I was in a NEW car and it was all done via the phone and internet. Couldn't be happier. Oh not to mention the car is GREAT!!! More
Ovewrall this was a great car buying experience. Bill and Paul were great to work with! Very hassle free experience, and we were treated with courtesy and respect. The only negative was when we went into the finance office George was not aware that we were financing the car through USAA (even though we made that quite clear from the beginning) so he had to redo the paperwork. Also, hitting us up fo rthe Dealer Options (Extended Warranty, Paint guard, etc.) right before signing was tacky (as we really didn't have a chance to research if these were things we wanted or not).
