While walking around their beautiful lounge and showroom, Daniel Ma Stopped into to Bill Bryan Chrysler Jeep to have a single blinker bulb replaced. While walking around their beautiful lounge and showroom, Daniel Magnum approached us and before we knew it we were test driving a Ram Truck 2016. We had leased a 2015 Durango ( v6 engine) in Aug 2015 and missed the hemi experience. We had a Chrysler 300 before the Durango. Daniel made the experience of getting out of our lease and into a purchase with our monthly payments the same, a breeze. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the truck and we left very happy. The dealership is beautiful, clean and orginazed. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Worst customer service ever! My 23 year old son went to purchase his first car alone. He was trading in his car previous car, a Charger. The sales man was very helpful and great to work with. The day he went to get his car the manager Guy, was so incredibly rude and disrespectful we were shocked. He is buying the brand new car in cash. There was a timing delay with the money transfer. Guy belittled him, walked out on him, and basically accused him of trying to steal the car. Then looked down at my son's 8 year old stepson, who was super excited, and told him he wasn't taking that car home today!! Our family always purchases our vehicles outright. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. We will drive anywhere else in Florida to insure proper customer service. On top of that, we will never recommend this dealer to anyone ! Lori SR More
