From the minute we stepped out of our car, Steve took care of us. There was never any pressure or feeling that we were a bother. Cathy was probably the best sales person we have ever dealt with. We have purchased Chrysler Vans for years & decided to keep the last one as we were retired. Too much paperwork & too many things to consider. We were very overwhelmed & still are to a point. Cathy made the experience at least bearable for us. She is great!! So were a few of the others we met. She is still helping us figure out how to operate the van . Since you do have to go thru all of the things it takes to buy a new vehicle, this was an excellent place to go and we got an excellent salesperson. We were very satisfied, were not rushed through anything even though they had others waiting & didn't know for sure if we were going to purchase a vehicle. More

I arrived at Bill Bryan Chrysler looking for a perfect used car that fitted my needs. I was greeted by Cathy Langbehn within the first ten minutes I was there, and she helped to find the exact car that I used car that fitted my needs. After perusing the catalogs of used vehicles, I was introduced to the sales manager, Rick Stines who was also helpful in finding a car for me. We three talked about what I was looking for, during which I was led around the ground floor where we had a nice meal at the cafe. Close to an hour later since I arrived, I had a car suited to my needs via the help provided by Cathy and Rick. Mark Lopez was quick, yet efficient, with the handling of the paperwork, as well. After referring a friend on mine to the Cathy, she filled me in on the referral program they offer and I was beyond enthused at the idea. On a whole, my experiences with Bill Bryan was above and beyond what I have come to expect for car dealership. I would recommend all my friends and family to this dealership just by experience alone. But it was Cathy that made the experience worth it and I thank her for doing such a wonderful job. More

Art Dorado always has a GREAT attitude. He even came in on his day off to take care of my needs. I had called the dealer on a car I saw on line that I really liked.
