I went on the recommendation of a friend . She was right, this place has the best cars for the price and the service was so easy and no pressure just the facts. I know that the person who sent me, has sent 4 this place has the best cars for the price and the service was so easy and no pressure just the facts. I know that the person who sent me, has sent 4 other customers. Art Dorado was the correct choice he was very knowledgeable and inviting. His innate sensibility to know what the customer wants and to give them . Thank You Malinda Finn More
I visited Bill Bryan Chrysler because of a specific car I had seen advertised in their full-page Memorial Day Weekend ad in my local paper. It was a 13 year old BMW M Roadster, which is a rare high-performan had seen advertised in their full-page Memorial Day Weekend ad in my local paper. It was a 13 year old BMW M Roadster, which is a rare high-performance special-interest sports car; certainly not one I'd expect to find at a Chrysler dealer. The advertised price was amazingly low, and I had determined that if the car was in excellent condition I would buy it at that price (i.e., not try to negotiate down from the advertised price.) When I arrived, I immediately saw that the car was exactly as I had hoped it would be, and I told the salesman that I would like to buy it at the advertised price. One of the sales managers, who was standing nearby, said "by the way, you noticed that the price was stated 'after $3,000" down payment.' " I replied "No, I did NOT notice that." He showed me "It's there, down at the bottom of the page." I replied "Well, I think there should have been an asterisk next to the price shown, like there is for other cars in the ad. Otherwise, I think showing such a low advertised price is misleading, and it's disappointing to me." He asked me what would I be willing to pay. I replied "I'd buy it now if I could get it for the price I thought it was, which was the price that brought me in to see it." The sales manager said "OK, we will stand by our ad, even though it was in error to fail to put the asterisk to show the footnote." So I bought the car for the lower price they had not intended to sell it for. I was VERY impressed by their integrity in standing behind their ad, even though it had a mistake. Once that hurdle was cleared, the rest of my buying experience was totally outstanding. The salesman, Artie Dorado, was friendly, accommodating, and very thorough. The car was beautifully prepped, and has lived up to my expectations in every way. I would definitely recommend Bill Bryan Chrysler (and their other stores) to any friend of mine. More
Cathy was a very professional salesperson and very helpful. When choosing our car she helped every step of the way. I would buy a car again from her at any time. helpful. When choosing our car she helped every step of the way. I would buy a car again from her at any time. More

Purchased a used Ford F150 from this dealer. I drove nearly 75 miles one way, because they had exactly what I was looking for vehicle wise. I spoke with a few different people in the internet sales dep nearly 75 miles one way, because they had exactly what I was looking for vehicle wise. I spoke with a few different people in the internet sales department before I made the treck. We agreed upon a price for my trade and the vehicle I wanted to purchase. When I arrived, they passed me off to another sales person who was simply left to deal with all the same information that I have gone through with the previous internet sales people. The salesman (Scott Casta) took me on a test drive, he applied very little sales pitch-like pressure to me. He provided the answer to nearly every question I had on the specs of the vehicle (I had already done a ton of research on that particular year/make/model/style). I never felt like he was trying to overstate the capibilites of the truck to sell me on it. When we returned, I had mentioned that I had an agreed upon price with the internet "team" already, and he was quick to honor that price. Satisfied with the bottom line, Scott had me fill out financing paperwork and had the sales manager go through all the show that they tend to do. When he came over, he placed the paper in front of me for the bottom line, and monthly payments without asking simple questions to start, would I put money down (affects the tax), how long would my term be, would I be looking for other financing options? He simply said, this is what we have, doesn't look like it would work with what you are wanting (I wanted my payment to stay the same or increase by no more than $20 monthly). I had to offer suggestions as to how to get the price down to what I wanted (not bottom line, but adjusting term and APR, down payment options, etc.) Only then did the sales manager think the deal was going down. I needed to have my wife do most of the paperwork (her credit is better than mine), so they let me take the vehicle home. The following day when I returned, Scott was again ready and waiting for us with nearly all the necessary preliminary paperwork completed. From this point on, it wasn't such a pleasant experience. We got there at 5:30 PM, didn't leave until 8:00 when they close. We provided a "check" securing our financing through another lender, the paperwork wasn't specifc to their lender to start, so it should have taken the same amount of time to type it up with our information. Scott got the truck ready to go, helping me secure all of my items before we left, but then the waiting game continued. We were told at 7:00 that there was one person in front of us to finish with the finance manager, my wife didn't sit down until 7:45! The paperwork that was presented to my wife with incorrect information and we had to wait for the re-print to sign the papers again. When she asked the finance person to reprint something while she was in the office, he rolled his eyes as if he was being inconvienenced for his mistake! I understand that it takes some time to ensure the paperwork is in order, but nearly two hours to complete 10 forms is a bit excessive. I think if it wasn't for Scott's personality and care that he showed during my test drive and negotiating, I am pretty sure I would have taken my business elsewhere and paid more. If your time is more valuable than money, this might not be the place for you, as I feel like the "managers" were dragging their feet on purpose. I have purchased quite a few cars, and this was by far the longest process I have ever dealt with overall. Couple that time in the dealership and the nearly 3 hours driving round-trip was almost enough for my wife to pull rank and veto the deal. Suggestion to the dealer, let your sales people have some flexibility to get the deal done, if you don't trust their judgement, it is going to slow down your overall ability to do business, I am not sure why I need someone else to show me numbers on a buyer's sheet, when I know that my sales person was more than capible to do it (as am I). Streamline the process and it would be worth the trip for more people. I get the fact that you are trying to maximize a profit, but paying 4 people to do essentially the same job isn't being very efficient in my opinion. More
