I was in a tough situation. My 13 year old Volkswagon Cabrio was costing me more to maintain than it was worth. I knew it was time for a more reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, with defaulted student loans Cabrio was costing me more to maintain than it was worth. I knew it was time for a more reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, with defaulted student loans, I found myself repeatedly rejected when applying for an auto loan through banks, my auto insurance company, and even other dealerships. After spending nearly all of my expendable income on attempting to repair my Cabrio, I also had little cash to put down. The Cabrio was certainly not worth a whole lot as a trade in, but it was all I had. Friends and family attempted to steer me in the direction of a more reasonable car as I shopped around. My dream car, Chrysler's new, beautiful 200 Convertible, was ,admittedly, out of my league. I clenched onto the hope that there was something out there that would fit my wild, convertible-addicted personality as well as my near empty wallet. I just needed someone who could help me. Several dealerships admitted an obscene percentage of their sales came from internet -posted vehicles. Browsing online was, indeed, much easier than wasting precious time off from work and hitching rides to drive around schmoozing the dealerships. Besides, they did little to candy-coat the apparent fact that my situation is a lost cause; I am wasting my time and theirs; I need to be more reasonable about what sort of car I am to purchase, as well as my actual price range. I was frustrated and at a loss. Thankfully, my mother found that Bill Bryan's Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership was advertising a red, 2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertible for a very reasonable price. Perfect.. almost. I still need to get approved. Mom and Dad accompanied me on the hour drive from my home in Orlando to the dealership in Fruitland Park. Enter, Robby Aoude. Robby was professional, down-to-earth, and loads of fun. He effortlessly built a comfortable, trusting rapport with myself and my parents. Finally, a car salesperson who didn't think I was a waste of their time! The Sebring still had some work to be done, a simple sticking horn that needed fixing and a good detailing, before Bill Bryan's high standards would deem the used vehicle sale ready. Robby answered my parents' more practical questions, like, "Has it been in an accident?" He answered my more frivolous questions, like, "Will this leather interior hold up when I drive in the rain with the top down?" Our stress-level was high before we met Robby. His cavalier demeanor put our stress at ease. We felt like we were in good hands. Making the sale was not easy for Robby, as I was in a financial crunch. Although, being a motivated salesman as well as a kindred spirit, he seemed to want to get me in that Sebring almost as much as I did. We were able to compromise on a price, including trading in the Cabrio, a reasonable amount of cash down, as well as a reasonable monthly payment to get me able to meet the bottom-line price of the Sebring. Everyone said I could not get approved for an auto loan, but Robby made it happen. All in a car salespersons job, right? Well, there's more. After I signed on all the x's, dotted I's and crossed T's, Robby's sale was essentially done and he could have been on to the next commission. That's not Robby's style. I still had the Cabrio, immobile, in Orlando. Now I had to come up with $300+ for a tow for a car I had just signed over to the dealership who wasn't keen on paying for its relocation. In my version of the story, Robby rode to Orlando on a white steed, complete with dolly, swept me up, and personally delivered my trade-in and myself to his dealership in Fruitland Park once my Sebring was ready for pick up. He helped me remove my new radio from the Cabrio. He went over the Sebring with a fine-toothed comb, filling it with gas, oiling the once squeaky passenger door hinge I may have not even noticed, even setting my radio to a station he instinctively knew I would love. On my test drive, Robby shared in the excitement over my first V6, giving me the idea to name her, "Wild One." Ever professional, he also felt a responsibility to give me tips on driving such a racy car safely, legally, particularly advising me on transitioning my driving concerning her wider-than-the-Cabrio turning radius. I, honestly, do not know how I could have bought the perfect car at the perfect price without Robby Aoude's expert salesmanship and impeccable attention to superb customer service. I will certainly recommend Bill Bryan Chysler Jeep Dodge and Robby Aoude to anyone looking for a professional auto dealership. More

Pixie and I had a very pleasant buying experience. Our Van was just 2 1/2 years old ( also bought at this dealership) but we were asked to come and consider trading for a new van. We told Charles what we Van was just 2 1/2 years old ( also bought at this dealership) but we were asked to come and consider trading for a new van. We told Charles what we wanted because we liked the options on our current and we didn't want to loose those and increase our monthly payment for a new van. He was able to find us a model that had our current options plus a few more that were nice. So after some discussion we were able to come to an agreement on a new van while increasing our monthly payment only slightly. It was a long day because the dealership was busy but Charles and Mike made sure we were comfortable during the process and made sure everything was done by the time we left. By the end of the day, we were tired but pleased with the outcome and the process. Thanks, Richard and Pixie Wilder More
We purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper from Rob Storz. We were only out shopping and not actually planning to buy. We found the car that fit our needs exactly. Rob Storz, our salesman, did everything right. No only out shopping and not actually planning to buy. We found the car that fit our needs exactly. Rob Storz, our salesman, did everything right. No pressure, showed us the Blue Book price for the car. He came to our home and helped move things around so we could be sure it would fit in our 2 car garage with our other vehicles. I would recommend BB and Rob S. R. Blom More

Everything was great except for having to wait so long to finalize the paperwork. We waited a couple hours and finally left and had to come back the next day. Bill and Paul were very gracious and easy to wo finalize the paperwork. We waited a couple hours and finally left and had to come back the next day. Bill and Paul were very gracious and easy to work with and we understand this was not their fault. Management needs to hire someone else, change the method of financing vs. cash or speed up the process somehow! Definately needs to be changed!!! More
I've been doing business with Bill Bryan for the past seven years. Mostly with the service dept. Two years ago we traded our PT Cruiser for a Grand Cherokee. Our sales rep was Mike Shadlich. We were so p seven years. Mostly with the service dept. Two years ago we traded our PT Cruiser for a Grand Cherokee. Our sales rep was Mike Shadlich. We were so pleased with his honesty and performance that we knew then that when the time came to buy another we would deal with Mike. We kept in touch over the past two years and Mike always kept us informed about new developments in the Grand Cherokee. When Mike pointed out and described in detail the features of the 2014 model we knew it was time to upgrade. Throughout the entire process we knew Mike was on our side, just like the last time. Always looking for the best possible deal for us. We are very happy with this new experience just like the first time and we know we'll be back again when the time comes to buy another great car from Mike Shadlich. More

One of the things I am so impressed about the Bill Byran Dealership is the lack of pressure. From sales to service to just plain personal contact. This is a class agency and I have had the pleasure of dealing two very classy sales people. Cathy Langbehn and Art Dorado. Thank you. More
