The workers and service personnel were good to deal with but Dave the service manager needs to go to personality training. Had a problem with a Chrysler Shop repair that went bad. If he represents Chrysler I think they should replace him. It will be hard to go back there for any kind of service or even to purchase a Chrysler product. More

Used to be 5 star waiting room and very quick service for oil change. Now waiting area is large but it is shell of former self. Quick lube oil change took close to 2 hours. Service dept. is great the dealership where I bought the car not to good(Bill Bryan). Been buying cars for 50 years all used cares as was this one and paid $27,00 is great the dealership where I bought the car not to good(Bill Bryan). Been buying cars for 50 years all used cares as was this one and paid $27,000.00 for 2017 Aug. 2022 and already put close to $7000.00 dollars in repairs. They all give that smirk and say well that's what happens when you buy used, you just never know. My family ran a wrecker service my whole life and garage up north. I know that mechanics can do a better job at inspecting cars, you should have wiggle room for repair amounting to sums with thousands of dollars. The amount given above that's with roughly 10% off. So thanks but no thanks won't be back not even for the oil changes under the service contract we paid for! More
