We purchased a 1013 Durango the first of July and we are enjoying this purchase. Overall this experience was a good one. The employee we dealt with was Elliot Raphael. A great experience! Traveling from upstate New York (near Syracuse), we located a Bill Bryan vehicle via the Internet. We then contacted Kansas, the Internet sale person, she confirm and set up our sh (near Syracuse), we located a Bill Bryan vehicle via the Internet. We then contacted Kansas, the Internet sale person, she confirm and set up our showroom visit. We were greeted by Kansas. She introduced us to Joe Ricklefs, what a great salesman! Very friendly, professional, with No pressure to buy, we viewed a couple of Town & Country Vans and then test drove them. Joe took his time and went into detail about the features of the van, very helpful. After our test drives, we met with Joe and his Mgr Rick, we were able to work a deal in short period of time as our vacation time was limited. Cathy was wonderful! I had been at the dealership during the day but brought my husband back after hours to show him what I was looking at. The next day my 80 year old mother came with us and again Cathy went out of her way to meet our needs. Cathy was who we saw a week later too and she made sure everything happened. Bill Victorelli and Paul Gutterman were both very informative and to the point. They both took the time to ask what we were looking for and did not leave any stone unturned to help get us into a car informative and to the point. Though we have not yet needed any service on our vehicle, Scott and the dealership staff are always very attentive when we just drop in to get a car wash.
