Purchased running boards to help my handicap daughter get in our new Pacifica. The dealership ordered the parts and had them painted. Appointment made for Monday to install. Left dealership in a thunder st in our new Pacifica. The dealership ordered the parts and had them painted. Appointment made for Monday to install. Left dealership in a thunder storm and when I arrived home in the garage discovered the paint does not come close to match the vehicle factory paint. I have been trying to get my windshield replaced for 3 weeks now that was cracked when I bought the car and I keep getting the run around. This is the dealership that does my service on my jeep grand Cherokee L so I have been there several times.
