We came into Bill Bryans thinking we knew what we wanted but it soon appeared that we didn't. We first looked at used vehicles but just couldn't find what we wanted. Our salesperson was Robby Aoude. We worked him VERY hard, showing us all types of used cars. He has a personality that lets you know he is there for you. He never stopped working for us . We had him looking and showing us vehicles for three days....Then thru our talks we realized we might go for a new vehicle. By then Robby knew what direction we were headed and pulled it off the show room floor for us. After a few back and forths on the price we were very happy. Robby made us feel so satisfied with our deal. He is the BEST.. We ended up with a 2014 Jeep Patriot. He is commited to you and helping you find it. The sales staff was great and went out of thier way to make sure we got the Jeep we wanted. Friendly and very knowledgable. The service department manger treated us like crap and had an attitude with us. I would highly recommend the sales department but as for the service department we will take our Jeep to a different dealership for service. We filed a complaint and never got a response back....... Since this was a used vehicle, there are always going to be some minor f finished, but wanted to follow up after approximately 60 days of purchase. Since this was a used vehicle, there are always going to be some minor flaws, but everything I identified on my final inspection was corrected to my satisfaction. This was a first time vehicle for our son, so I needed something that was safe and reliable. My son has driven every day and loves it just as much as the day we left the lot! So, thanks again for the best used car experience that my family has been a part of.... My 14 year old is just dying for us to come back for another visit in a few years! :) See you then! More
