Talked with Charles Hunter about the one they had for sale. He was very friendly and answered all our questions. The car is in very good condition with low mileage. We looked at other car lots near Orlando at Smart cars that were lower in price. They were not even close to the great shape the car at Bill Bryans Dealership. We came back and talked with Charles Hunter who helped us purchase the car with no hassle or pressure. We will look here first for our next car purchase also. All I can say is WOW! I had been to half a dozen dealerships between Leesburg and Ocala, looking to trade my Honda CRV with 106K miles. My customer service experiences ranged from nothing but "good luck" to "we can't do anything for you". Not one salesperson offered me alternatives, other than what I said I wanted. I needed a professional looking vehicle, that was also comfortable for my customers, being in real estate. Although I wanted all the "bells and whistles", it took meeting Robby to help me realize that I really needed to get out of my negative equity situation, and get a more realistic option. We test drove a couple different cars that first day, but after reviewing my challenges, realized that what I wanted, wasn't viable. I resigned myself to having to wait, and figured Robby would give up on me like the rest. The next day, he called to let me know he was actively searching for a car that would work for me. After a week of calls, I returned to see some other cars. Robby was able to get me $1000 dollar more on my trade, worked out the financing, and I drove home in a beautiful Chrysler 200! I am so happy! Thank you Robby from the bottom of my heart! Being in Sales myself, it is easy to recognize excellence versus average. Robby went above and beyond! On our first visit, my wife and I spent 4 hours walking around the lot asking him questions about different vehicles and their features and options. He was so patient with us and so knowledgeable about the vehicles, we felt at ease during the entire process. After taking up a large portion of his time, we told him we weren't quite ready to make a decision and that we wanted to go home to think about it. Although I am sure he was dissapointed, Scott was very understanding and reassuring that purchasing a vehicle was a major decision and that he understood we had a lot to think about. There was no pressure, no major sales pitches, no BS. Most salesman would have been wrapped around our ankles as we walked out to our car to go home and discuss our options. Because of our experience that day, my wife and I decided there was no way we were going to purchase a vehicle anywhere else. We ended up getting a great deal on a beautiful Chrysler minivan, and we would recommend Bill Bryan and salesman SCOTT MOLL to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Bill Vittorelli and Paul Gutterman were my salespersons of record. (This was my 2nd purchase of a Grand Cherokee from Bill V.) My trade in for a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland was a 2011 G C with slightly m of record. (This was my 2nd purchase of a Grand Cherokee from Bill V.) My trade in for a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland was a 2011 G C with slightly more than 31,000 miles. My new Overland is Black; trade in was White (I am very conscious of colors, to say the least). In any event, I was treated like royalty. I have purchased from another Jeep dealer close by in the past and repurchased from Bill Bryan due to well earned loyalty to Bill V as much as the dealership. Bill and Paul are first class! Believe me, no one is more price conscience than I and dealership aside they provide only the best quality pre-owned vehicles at very reasonable prices. Honest, straight forward and not patronizing like so many salespeople can be...Super down to earth and respectful. For the first time in as long as I can remember I have finally found a dealership with integrity. I had a bad time when I went there 3 years ago with a frozen back gate. I was in Ga. when it happened an called Bill Bryan write away told them I would not be home in 3 more days an it could be 2 or 3 miles over the millage needed tI o be covered. I was told on the phone no problem When I arrived I was so upset with the man at the service counter an he said you have to pay your over I told him I called an it is not fare 3 miles over an I called he said to me if we do it for you we have to do it for everyone. I took my keys an left had it fixed for 1000.00 an was happy cause I got treated with respect. So I called again 3 to4 weeks ago an said I had problems with the back gate again an the air went off an on. I also needed a new radio that was gone to. I called on the radio the 3rd week I had the car an came to the service dept. they said it was the sat. that was doing it so I lived with a broken radio would go off an on when it wanted to some times it took 3 days to come back on. The sat. company said it was not them. Do you wonder why I stopped going to your service dept. Then I bit the bullet an came back with the best feeling about the company again. He had Richard take me home an had to order all kinds of stuff an called me every single time a new thing was found . My husband an I were so impressed with the respect he showed us an smiles an it was never to many questions for him he had such a great attitude with people please I want him next time I come in an even going to get my oil changes there to not the other place. He was so worried about all the money he kept adding to the job an we only cared about the respect he showed us what an employee you have there .
