Then when they rotated the tires they did not air the tires correctly and no one checked that so I had to stop back by to have them corrected. We are very pleased with our Pacifica service. We got right in, and left in a timely fashion. Service writer Zack Miller was very helpful. The bathrooms were super clean, As a retired Chrysler employee, I was was very pleased at what I experienced. I even bragged about it to several neighbors. I normally don’t give 5 star ratings, but this visit deserves it. 5 stars to Zack Miller, the techs, the cleaning lady, the waiting area concierge, and the car wash crew. More
