I had been looking for a C5 Corvette for some time and while driving by Bill Bryan Chrysler on Sunday afternoon I spotted one on the lot. My neighbors have been buying and having their cars serviced at this dealership for years so I had no hesitation pulling in and inquiring about the Vette. Was approached by Rob Storz and we discussed the car. An hour and a half later I drove the car off the lot. Rob was great! He was knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure. I've bought more than a few cars in my life across the country and can name only one other where the experience was that satisfying. As an aside, the next day I took the car back for a minor adjustment and Glenn, the Sales Manager, without hesitation and no appointment, directed me to the service department where the problem was fixed. And thanks to Billy, service consultant, for his taking time out of his very busy day to get me back on the road quickly. I would, and already have, recommended Rob and the dealership for any future purchase and service. More

The two gentlemen responsible for this sale were Paul Gutterman and Bill Victorelli. We had just stopped in to look at the new Vans and see what had changed from the 2009 model. They listened carefully to what we wanted in a new vehicle and found one on the lot. They were a pleasure to do business with and this was one of the best buying experiences we've ever had. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car and its features and were both courteous while helping us make a decision. We have been Chrysler customers since before the mini Van came into existence dealing up north, with this being the second van from Bill Bryan. We had heated seats installed and had to wait some time to get this done. Bill and Paul were very gracious and easy to work with and we understand that this was not their fault. Bill and Paul were great to work with! Very hassle free experience. When the time comes for us to again seek a replacement, we will without hesitation deal with these two fine gentlemen. We went to Bill Bryan to buy a 2013 Dodge Dart. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. This dealership is awesome! It is a breath of fresh air and a very pleasant surprise. You will not find any of the typical game playing, sales tactics, tricks, or sales pressures here. In the past 24 years my husband and I traded in and purchased many new and used vehicles and we always had the unfortunate experience of having to sit through those types of sales practices. Our salesperson Carrie Greschler is awesome! She was very friendly and helpful. The Jeep my husband and I wanted to see was ready for us when we arrived. Before we took it out for a test drive Carrie took us inside and offered us refreshments and snacks. We were amazed to see a large area that has tables and chairs, sitting booths, a comfortable seating area, a flat screen TV, a small kitchen, and a microwave. Refreshments and snacks consist of freshly made iced teas, freshly made coffees, a cappuccino machine, hot chocolate, hot tea, a soda machine, popcorn, hotdogs on a grill, buns in a warmer, and condiments. We went out for the test drive and when we got back to the dealership Carrie walked us through all the features of the Jeep before we went inside to close the deal. We had a 2012 Buick to trade in for the 2014 Jeep. My husband and I are disabled veterans and USAA members so we wanted to be sure that we would get all the incentives that would be available for us. We met with the manager Rick Stines who is a very pleasant and friendly gentleman. Carrie and Rick made sure we got our incentives. Rick even gave us an additional incentive to close the deal. We then met with the man in the finance department who was very friendly and professional. He explained the add-ons and extended warranties that were available and did not pressure us into purchasing anything. He gave us a sunshade for our Jeep and a box of cleaning treatments because we purchased at half-price an exterior protective coating and interior protective application. By then it was Saturday night and too late to call USAA to finalize the loan and arrange payment to the dealership for our trade-in, so Carrie suggested we take the Jeep home and come back on Monday. Before we left we were asked because we are military veterans if we would like to sign the military Jeep that is on display in the showroom. The Jeep is covered with many military veteran's signatures. We signed one of the tires. We noticed that one of the signatures was from a high ranking veteran from the Battle of the Bulge! Carrie thanked us and we hugged before leaving. We came back on Monday to finalize payment from USAA to the dealer for our trade-in. While we were there we had the exterior and interior treatment done and the Jeep was ready when we were ready to leave. But before we left we each ate a couple of hot dogs and sodas, hugged Carrie, and took a couple of bags of popcorn to go. This dealership and its sales team really know how to treat their customers with friendliness, professionalism and respect. This dealership is awesome, especially Carrie Greschler. We highly recommend this dealership and we will never go anywhere else. More
