Sale price online was not honored when I went into the dealer. It was a difference of about $5,000. Also I was told that if I go through the dealer for financing I would get $1,000 OFF the total balance w dealer. It was a difference of about $5,000. Extra warranties and other coverage was added that I specifically told them I don’t want. This was the worse dealer experience I have ever had. I have bought many many vehicles through dealership in the past. I will never be coming back to this dealer. More

Very easy and seamless purchase experience. James Cavitalo ordered the exact truck I wanted and made my wife and I, a fair deal. Signing the paperwork in the finance office was very efficient. There are many infotainment features that differ from the vehicle I traded in, that we would have liked to be demonstrated on how they work/setup. The service was delayed by 8 days. Left rear door was dinged during the wait for parts which should have been on hand. Car battery was not check.
