Love Subaru...LOVE C&S I wish there were more stars. On a scale of 1-5 they are a ten. I currently own both a Forester and an Accent. These are the 3rd and 4th Subarus I hav I wish there were more stars. On a scale of 1-5 they are a ten. I currently own both a Forester and an Accent. These are the 3rd and 4th Subarus I have owned and I have purchased them all for C&S Auto. C&S makes buying and maintaining a Subaru comfortable and fun. The buying process is easy and any service is done quick and reliable. I actually enjoy going back for service and seeing my salesperson Scott. Why would anyone go anywhere else. Never Buy a Car from Subaru at C&S Car Company My family dealt with Scott Thurn when they bought their Subaru from C&S Car Company. Scott was less than honest and kept beating around the bush. High My family dealt with Scott Thurn when they bought their Subaru from C&S Car Company. Scott was less than honest and kept beating around the bush. Highly disgusting!! His manager Justin covered for him including Scott's dishonesty but in the end Scott ended up being dishonest again. The owner was contacted and quite frankly the owner did not care. My family talked with Fred and it seemed that Fred was the only person that agreed that Scott's actions were not in line with Subaru's standards. Justin did apologize but stood by Scott's actions because they have known each other for a longtime. My family was pushed around and treated with a great deal of disrespect. It's a good thing that they had excellent credit so they were not financially hurt but they were lied to and treated with through nastiness. From what has transpired and what my family went thru, I would completely refrain from recommending anyone to buy a car from Subaru / Mazda / Hyundai represented by C&S Car Company. More
When I decided to purchase a new car, although excited, I was hesitant. Scott Thurn made the experience so pleasant and painless. It was a pleasure working with him and the C & S team! was hesitant. Unimpressed. Do not recommend. I was very unimpressed and do not recommend C&S. The manager (I think Kevin) was extremely rude and in appropriate. I’m honestly shocked with how I wa I was very unimpressed and do not recommend C&S. The manager (I think Kevin) was extremely rude and in appropriate. I’m honestly shocked with how I was treated and wish I would’ve recorded the experience on my phone. I was just browsing through the lot when a salesperson came out, as happens at all dealerships. I told him my price range and asked if he could point out a few in the lot. He said he could but that I should come inside to give him a better idea of what I was looking for. I told him I did not want to do that today but he kept insisting I come inside. I told him I didn’t have time and he intruded on my privacy asking what I had going on in the next hour or so until they closed. He gave me a rundown of their deals and I felt pressured and came inside anyway even though I didn’t want to. (My fault for going inside at all.) After asking me some questions and showing me a few cars he tried to seal the deal on a car without me even driving it or telling me how many miles it had. He said he would pull some strings with his manager to get me a good deal. I told him no so we went back inside. He consulted his manager about trying to make a sale (they did not know I could hear them right around the corner). I gave a few more firm “no” answers and then he brought his manager (Kevin-I think) over. His manager sat in front of me and the salesperson sat beside me cornering me in the cubicle and the manager basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and was not going to find the car I wanted at the price I want because “cars are expensive now days” as if I was incompetent and born in the 1800’s or something. He then told me I needed to buy a minivan they had in their lot and told me that was the best option for me and that I wasn’t going to find anything else. Again, I said no. He started aggressively arguing with me about it and we were quickly going back and forth with me telling him no and having to tell him why I did not want to buy this mini van. His voice started raising and at this point I was so uncomfortable and in such disbelief with how he was acting that I just wanted to leave and was trying to figure out how to excuse myself and get out of there without causing more of a scene. A person should never feel like that at a car dealership. I am truly TRULY shocked. THEN he tells me he has one more option and that he’ll only help me out if I test drive it right then and there otherwise he can’t help me. I would just like to point out that when I arrived, I was just browsing the lot and NEVER once said I was even looking to buy a car that day or even wanted to test drive one. (Also, the cars he was showing me were crap anyway that you would sell to someone without the slightest knowledge of cars. Unfortunately for this salesperson and his manager, my brother and step dad are both mechanics with long histories in the field and because of them I am quite knowledgeable in the automotive industry. The salesperson and his manager both made huge fools of themselves both mechanically and as retailers.) I had to actually cut them off in conversation and tell them that I was overwhelmed and wanted to leave. How extreme and ridiculous. After that he STILL wanted to show me this other car so I walked outside and let the salesperson walk me over and said no really quick and started to walk away to my car so I could finally get away and leave. After I got to my car the sales person STOOD OUT IN FRONT OF MY CAR UNTIL I LEFT AND WATCHED WHILE I SET UP THE GPS ON MY PHONE AND CONTINUED WATCHING UNTIL I DROVE AWAY. How uncomfortable! I will NEVER EVER again step foot on a C&S lot and absolutely DO NOT recommend. I feel so bad for the first salesperson for being trained to sell cars that way. Absolutely absurd. More

Fair price and transparent communication about the price (no dirty sales process that Dxxxxx Dxxxxxx in CF does!) I liked how Scott provided the price breakdown of two different models that I was interested in. The visual was easy to compare, which made me think they do the business in a transparent way. (DXXXXX DXXXXXX in CF guys continuously give you slightly different prices about the same car and confuses you and leaves the scene many times: I heard that is a typical car sales trick. But Scott @ C&S doesn’t do that crap.) I will definitely recommend Scott at C&S. More
