My wife & I decided to purchase a Subaru Outback, and C&S Car Co. had the second best price, of 6 eastern Iowa regional dealerships. Our saleslady, Jin Mi Kim, found a desired color vehicle, and agreed to in Car Co. had the second best price, of 6 eastern Iowa regional dealerships. Our saleslady, Jin Mi Kim, found a desired color vehicle, and agreed to install a tow hitch receiver. This made the price equal to the best price we found, and, although color was not a deal breaker, Jin Mi made the effort to locate and procure the wanted Outback. Jin Mi Kim was completely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the different autos in our price range and performance desires of each different vehicle. 04/13/2021 was our purchase date, and we are satisfied and pleased with the initial sale, and with the follow-up service so far. The tow hitch receiver will be installed next week. And the service dept. has a loaner car available to use during this installation.
