Great experience with new car buying I went to Byers with the hope of trading in my used car for a brand new Mazda 3. At first, my chances weren't great due to the condition of my current I went to Byers with the hope of trading in my used car for a brand new Mazda 3. At first, my chances weren't great due to the condition of my current car(AC was not working). Instead of convincing me to still trade it in for a ripoff of an appraisal, my salesman, Joey, was extremely honest with me and told me it would be more beneficial for myself to fix the ac and come back for a more reasonable quote. I took his advice and came back a week later with fixed AC and was able to trade it in that day for a brand new Mazda 3 hatchback. I couldn't have done it without the help of my great salesman and finance employee! I would definitely recommend coming here. They put your interest above their own and just want to help you get what you want! More

Wayne Wirth initially spoke to me in the pre-owned department, and once he resliced I might be better served in the new vehicles area and leasing, he referred me to Joey. I give high mark's to Wayne Wirth for his integrity and hinesty. Joey Powell, a former U.S. Marine, listened very well to my situation. He then provided me 4 candIdate solutions with different 2016 Mazdas, all within my price range. I ended leasing the exact car I had in my mind even before I walked onto the Byers lot. Joey was patient to show me all of the cars features and went above and beyond to tell me other things about my car. Sage Wood in the finance area did a great job as well. I love the Mazda product and now I love Byers Mazda-Subaru, too. Highly recommended Wayne and Joey and associates...all very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. More

Fair deal on hard-to-find car Found a very difficult-to-find setup on a car on their used lot, took a test drive and wanted to buy the car. I found it very odd that the vehicle had Found a very difficult-to-find setup on a car on their used lot, took a test drive and wanted to buy the car. I found it very odd that the vehicle had the stereo locked-out from losing battery power and was still being handed over for test drives. It took 3 days for them to call me back to say that the stereo was indeed now working with the unlock-code now located, even with me telling them I would purchase the vehicle if they could show me that the stereo worked; all while offering to pay sticker price. It also appeared that the interior had not been cleaned since the dealer had acquired it: beverage residue in cup holders, melted Jolly Rancher in door storage, golf tees throughout car, and just general layer of dust on dash and console. Arrived on day to purchase it, salesman was nowhere to be found and no one knew where he was, worked with Jeff and had a great ending experience though. Jeff (sales) and Russ (financing) were great to work with and ended everything on a very good note. All said and done, I feel I got a fair deal on a good vehicle and the actual purchase of the vehicle was a very pleasant experience with Jeff and Russ helping out, both were very personable and informative. Jeff even went above and beyond when his pages for a tech to prep the vehicle for delivery went unanswered, and he wiped down the vehicle himself and even buffed out some minor scuffs with a microfiber cloth that we had noticed with him earlier. They didn't have the color I wanted, but instead of trying to get me to settle with a different color, CJ made a call and was able to get the car from another lot. I was intimidated with it being my first car buying experience, but after everything was finished, I wondered why I was ever worried at all and that was because of CJ and everyone over at Byer's!
