We purchased my husband's vehicle this past summer with help from Joey, and the experience was so awesome that when I decided to purchase a new vehicle last week, we knew exactly where to go. I found the exact vehicle I wanted on the Byers website and Joey made himself available to us that evening. The car-buying process can be tedious, but we felt like we were dealing with friends who we trust. We hate haggling, but it has never been necessary because the pricing process was explained in detail to us and we felt comfortable asking any questions we had. Joey even follows up with his customers to make sure they like their vehicle as much as they did when they took the test drive! No pressure, no sketchiness, and a lot of laughs. In the end, we were given a fair price and I LOVE my vehicle. More

Joey made buying from Byers Mazda a great experience Joey greeted us when my wife and I walked in on our first visit. Something I truly respected about Jeff was that when I came for a test drive with my uncle, Jeff directed all of his questions and answers to me rather than my uncle. Also, when I came in to buy the car, he went above and beyond and helped retrieve my friend's keys that she had accidentally locked in the car. Helpful It was my first time buying a car and it went great. I went to other dealerships before this one and just didn't get the experience I got here. Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way for me and my family. When I went to other dealerships the sales people were either pushy or acted like they didn't care to help us buy a car. At byers it was different. Joey walked around the lot with us and answered all of our questions. Joey sat in one of the cars with me and explained everything the car did including the features and navigation screen stuff. I'm not big on reading instructions or anything so it was nice knowing the features and how to use everything. The next day I came back with knowing that the mazda 6 was the car for me. Joey ended up coming in on his off day to help us out. Driving an hour in from his sons football game that just ended. Now that is dedication. We wanted him to get the sale since he spent so much time with us and put in more effort than any other salesman at other car dealerships. I ended up buying that mazda 6 and at a great price.
