From the time we made a pho I am from Cincinnati Ohio and we drove to Byers Mazda Subaru in Columbus to purchase a Toyota RAV4 they had on their lot. From the time we made a phone call to inquire about the car to the time we walked out the door with the car in our hands, it was fantastic top notch customer service start to finish. We had dealt with other local dealerships in Cincinnati and had terrible experiences, but once we made the drive to Byers, it was nothing but a smooth process. Jeff Rettinger was our salesman and he went above and beyond for us from the moment we contacted him to the moment we left. They stayed late for us to make the purchase, they did most of the preparation over the phone do to our distance, Jeff worked on our deal on his day off, everything was so easy with the purchase! Jeff was always concerned with what we wanted and needed as buyers, more than just making the sale. I will absolutely go back to Byers to purchase my next car after the experience we had and definitely recommend them to anyone who may be looking for their next car. More

I started online to see what vehicles were available and I even emailed Byers for an eQuote. Joey was extremely responsive through email and I set up an appointment with him to see the car I was interested in. When I saw that he had reviews on DealerRater, I immediately went out there to see what others said about their experience. It fully helped. I also felt like I was getting a good price from the start and that continued when I met Joey in person. He fully explained all the features of what is now my new 2017 Mazda3 Grand Touring sedan before the test drive started. He mentioned that there might be a 2016 at a reduced cost still available at a lower cost which fully showed making a large money sale was not his priority, my satisfaction was. Joey was considerate even when I asked what I know call stupid questions or made stupid remarks. It was like talking with a good friend. I left happy with my purchase and experience and will go back to Byers Mazda when I'm ready to buy my next car. I will admit I checked Kelley Blue Book for costs of the new car and my trade in before going to see Joey and I was impressed that what Byers offered was inline with that research. More

Joey was very friendly and did his best to accommodate to our needs, although he was jumping all over the place (we purchased our car the last Friday of the month, so that was understandable). The sales department left us hanging to our own devices several times for very long periods of time, but they were extremely busy, and I know Joey had to detail our car himself so we could finally go home after almost 4 hours. All in all, we left the dealership satisfied because we bought what we wanted, but I wish Joey could have spent more time with us helping us out and giving us more detailed information. Even with all the downsides in the whole process, when Joey did not know something, he was able to find someone who had the right answers. More

I never felt like I was being tricked or taken advantage of, and I truly felt they had my best interest in mind. Jeff and the other people involved in my purchase of a previously-owned Mazda 3 2012 vehicle (which was incredibly well taken-care of by the previous owner and had every bell and whistle I wanted!) explained everything I wanted to know very well, and I did not feel rushed or pressured in the least. When my fiancee and I went in and told them what I was looking for, they really listened and were able to help me find the right match within just a couple of days. I am very happy with my decision, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else in the future for my next car. More
