They did not push me to 'settle' for something they had in stock just to make a sale. Once I selected my vehicle the purchase transaction was complete in under an hour! Got a decent price on my 16 year old trade in, too. Russ, Jeff, Allen, Zach and the service team were all knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Love my certified SUV and will be taking advantage of their complimentary monthly car wash to keep it sparkling. Highly recommend Byers Auto if you are shopping for a quality used vehicle. More

I came back to the dealership 3 times before finalizing my purchase and in between visits he was great at communicating details about cars and pricing via email. I would recommend Michael to anybody who is looking to buy a Mazda from Byers. I also worked with John Penza to finalize the finances of the purchase. He was friendly and professional and made the money portion of the car purchase as simple as possible. Also shout out to Sage Worl for working with us on our trade-in. I don't even know if they wanted my business Was not happy with my experience at all. I went in looking to purchase a new CX-3 (and was considering a CX-5 before going here) with all the bells an Was not happy with my experience at all. I went in looking to purchase a new CX-3 (and was considering a CX-5 before going here) with all the bells and whistles. My salesman, Chuck Eberhart, treated me like I was a teenager who was just there to waste his time. I do look younger but I am 27 and a dentist with plenty of money to spend and was ready to buy a car on the spot... That certainly didn't happen, nor will it at this dealership. When I walked in, Chuck looked at me and just motioned me over with his head. He asked what he could do for me, I said I was interested in a CX-3. Instead of giving me information about it, he then just asked what questions I had about it. I wanted to say, "I don't know yet, you're the car salesman! Tell me about it!!" Instead, I asked a few questions that garnered virtually no information (AWD vs FWD, apple carplay availability, features on the different versions of the car etc). After a moment of silence where he just sat there I asked if I could see a CX-3. He then said that you only had three on the lot. I just said ok, can I see the best one you have. He then brought a grand touring for me to see. He brought me outside, the car was turned off, plastic still covering literally everything inside and tape on the dashboard….. I asked him if I could test drive it. He said it needed gas so he went to put gas in the car. He brought it back and there was still plastic over everything except the driver and passenger seats in the front. He didn’t offer to come with me on the test drive so the questions I had during the test drive went completely unanswered. After I brought the car back, I walk in, he’s on his cell phone. I’m pissed because I know he’s treating me like a child so I thank him for his time, grab a business card and then leave. He literally doesn’t even attempt to talk to me about anything. I honestly did like the CX-3, I just felt like I got virtually no information about it that I couldn’t buy it. I gave the price 3 stars because, again, he didn't even talk to me about that so I don't know how much anything costs. I didn’t even pursue a CX-5 or any other models because I wasn’t going to waste my time on someone who clearly didn’t want my business. Just overall, terrible, terrible customer service. More
