Their thorough check during our first oil change uncovered a problem that needed quick resolution. They told me about it right away, arranged to have the work done quickly, provided a rental car and kept me informed throughout the process. I could not be more pleased and it reinforces the benefit of having service done at the dealership. This problem would not have been caught at a quick oil change place. More
