Michael O’Brien is a great salesman to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the Mazda CX-30 that we purchased. He was able to explain in layman’s terms how to operate everything in the vehicle and told u very knowledgeable of the Mazda CX-30 that we purchased. This was my first time buying a car by myself and it was not a good experience. I had spoken to my sales guy on the phone ahead of time and he knew I was already very interested in the car so when I got the not a good experience. I had spoken to my sales guy on the phone ahead of time and he knew I was already very interested in the car so when I got there he did not really even try to sell it to me. He only spoke when I asked him questions and was very short in his answers. He did not seem happy to help me in any way. The manager was not kind either in the way he spoke about me/my purchase in his office or when I asked him questions. Overall, I did not feel like they wanted my business or like they would go out of their way to help me, but rather felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. No one even thanked me for my purchase, shook my hand, or congratulated me on my new car. The only reason I went through with the purchase was because the car was too good to pass up, otherwise I would have quickly taken my business elsewhere. I will not be back to this dealership again and would not recommend it to a friend. More

My review is of a sales person who works for the Mazda dealership but has a crossover with Byers Subaru next door. Thomas Hooks helped us this past weekend with explanations and a test drive of a Mazda C dealership but has a crossover with Byers Subaru next door. Thomas Hooks helped us this past weekend with explanations and a test drive of a Mazda CX 50. We had an opportunity to stop by on Monday, 11/8 to see the Subaru Outback. Monday is Thomas' day off. Another salesperson called him and he came into see us with his 7 yr old daughter after picking her up from school. Totally unexpected and amazing in today's world. We both work in client driven businesses and were quite impressed with Thomas' service level. We will be back to buy a car soon. Thanks to Thomas, Carl and Ann More

My family and I had a great experience with our sales guy. We were sad to find out he left before we received our new vehicle.
