Avoid this dealership like the plague. Service department lacks professionalism and integrity, dubiously tried to charge me for an issue clearly covered by manufacturers warranty. After wasting 2 weeks of my time dealing with people who refuse to read the manufacturer's documentation , I had to reach out to Audi to resolve the issue. Purchasing a car from across the country. No sweat! I was looking for a 2016/2017 Lincoln MKX Black Label. Just doing a unlimited mile search (I live in Saint Paul, MN) and I came across a 2016 Lincoln I was looking for a 2016/2017 Lincoln MKX Black Label. Just doing a unlimited mile search (I live in Saint Paul, MN) and I came across a 2016 Lincoln MKX Black Label that was pretty much what I was looking for and was at a price that I needed to consider. 800 miles away........Do I take the gamble? With the team of Derek, Rick, and Heath they made this a very comfortable, easy decision. From my first phone call with Derek, to my personal pick up at the airport with Rick, to signing the last paperwork with Heath I know buying 800 miles away was an ok decision. I waited a few weeks before I gave this review just to confirm everyone’s word was "golden". The team stayed late on a Friday evening so I could close the deal and get right back home on the road to Minnesota. The follow up with Derek was great. Anyone looking to purchase from Byers and concerned about the distance please do NOT let that hinder your purchase. They do it all and also work with great finance companies to get you some of the best loan term rates as well. So happy I made this decision. Thanks again Derek, Rick, and Heath.
