I was in the market for a sports car and found the car that I was looking for at Byers Import. This place is great because I got the exact car I wanted! I took my daughter's 2000 Audi TT in because of a MIL and Mike in the service department was awesome. When I took the car back in for the appointment, I was met by Mike and Marty as soon as I walked in the door. They had arranged for a loaner car since the work would take a few days. I am very pleased with the service they provided and the professional and kind manner in which I was treated. They even thanked me for refueling the loaner car I was using. Not that I want anything to go wrong with my daughter's car, but the next time it needs any work, whether typical maintenance or a repair, I will not hesitate to call the service department at Byers Audi and make the arrangements through Mike or Marty. The service staff was also wonderful to me and helped me move things from one car to another when I left with the loaner. My daughter's car was washed and vacummed out and looked absolutely wonderful. More

Their work is AMAZING!!!!!! I took my car for a wax (buff and clay) and my car came out to be a mirror under the sunlight!!!!! They even cared to work on my taillights, making them look like new (they are af and clay) and my car came out to be a mirror under the sunlight!!!!!
