The folks at Byers Volkswagon are outstanding! One of our biggest concerns was whether the car would fit in our tightly packed garage. The salesman, Don Moss, suggested we drive it home as part of the test drive to make sure the car would fit. When my wife returned two days later to buy the car, Byers didn't have the exact car we wanted in stock, but the sales manager found one at another dealership. On the day it was to be delivered, my wife needed to be home to wait for an appliance repair person, and Don Moss was kind enough to deliver the car (spotlessly clean and waxed!) to our home. She hadn't bought a new car since 1995, and Don explained all the features clearly in a way that didn't make her feel stupid. He also obtained good prices for us on the accessories. Tony Cook handled the sales paperwork. In addition to getting my wife through the process quickly and competently, he did her a favor. After she left, she couldn't get her car key to turn in the ignition. She went back into the dealership, and Tony was kind enough to come out and get her car started. Having the accessories installed also went very well. In addition to doing a good job, they gave my wife a loaner, had her car washed and took time to go over the new accessories with her.
