She was patient, attentive and responsive without being overbearing or "salespersony". I've purchased a number of Audis before, and this was definitely favorite experience. It blows my mind that I essentially purchased my car over a text message! The finance guy (I apologize because I can't remember his name) was also great. He was as big of a car guy as I am and made the entire purchase process extremely easy for me. Thanks again! More

My opinion - One of the rudest experiences ever. Ouch. Called on a pre-owned GT4 priced +$20k above the new car MSRP/Sticker and the sales person's comment (with an elevated and confrontational tone) Ouch. Called on a pre-owned GT4 priced +$20k above the new car MSRP/Sticker and the sales person's comment (with an elevated and confrontational tone) was, in summary; "the reason this is one of the highest price GT4's in the nation is the fact YOU cannot find one anywhere. Can YOU find one?". In response to his aggressive tone and in complete shock I informed him there was one out of state, providing him the exact dealer information and details, but told the salesperson I prefer to stay within Ohio where I am moving and will live. In response he said; "YOU should buy the GT4 from THEM, then, end of discussion". Seriously??? In my opinion, this does not demonstrate a commitment to customer service and despite attempt to be kind and respectful, I received what I perceive to be an unbelievably rude attitude. I was excited to give Byers Imports a chance as I am a Buckeye at heart and thought they would be easy to work with - my perception was completely misguided. I will not post the salespersons name but also will never set foot in this dealership. WOW... More
Did not deliver as promised Drove 2 1/2 hours to buy a 2013 used A6 at Byers Imports/Audi of Columbus after communicating with Larry on the phone and via email several times. Th Drove 2 1/2 hours to buy a 2013 used A6 at Byers Imports/Audi of Columbus after communicating with Larry on the phone and via email several times. The car was the right color and had the right miles so we were willing to make the drive. I was told the car was in great condition, Larry may have even used the word immaculate. There was some damage on the front bumper found during CPO inspection so the car was sent out for repairs. After waiting more than a week I was told that the car was repaired and being detailed and would be back at dealership that afternoon. I took a half day off work the next day and drove their only to find the car was not there. This after I had to ask someone for help. Larry was not there and Jeff helped me and poor Jeff did not know what he was getting into. Not only was the car not there, but it was never detailed. My wife and I were very disappointed. We had to wait two hours for the car to be cleaned inside and out before we made a decision on the car. We also had to have the inside cleaned again. I was disappointed to find two big door dings and other scratches in the paint. And Larry said it was very clean and in great condition? How could he miss these flaws? Oh yeah, the car was never washed so how would he know. My wife and I were there for almost six hours. Once everything was worked out things went smoothly through finance and Jeff showing us the car features. We then had a 2 /12 hour drive home much later than expected. Once back, I expected to hear from Larry that there was some mix-up where the car was at and/or apologize for the car not being ready but a week went by and no calls or even emails. That tells me how Larry operates and that the dealership tolerates it. If I were Jeff I would go work for another Audi dealer. I own another Audi and am an Audi club of North America member and I will make sure others know not to use Larry or Byers again. More
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JAGUAR SERVICE SUCKS Communication at Jaguar service sucks, they never return any calls, the charges are outrageous car my XJ8 Supercharged went in for service wipers were Communication at Jaguar service sucks, they never return any calls, the charges are outrageous car my XJ8 Supercharged went in for service wipers were not changed, license bracket not fitted, center wheel cap not replace and more importantly when I got the car back the front suspension was no longer working, then wanted to charge me $3,700.00 to repair got it done locally at another dealer for $1,200 all in, BYERS JAGUAR you should be ashamed of yourselves, Jaguar should remove their dealership since they cannot be honest or offer 1st class jaguar service. More

The people running it now have no business working in the service industry. Over the past 2 years, I have never been able to call the service dept. without going to voicemail, and today I left a message and never got a return call. The last time I was in for service, the loner vehicle was filthy and stunk like rotting food. Today was the last straw. I will never be back. For those reading this, protect your investment and stay away from this place. More

Fantastic! I came in from out of state to buy a car here, these guys made it easy and fun! The car is spotless and Dominic was super professional and nice.
