Great experience buying a Honda Civic First and foremost, Derek was upfront and honest about the car from the first phone call. I had been lied to at two other dealerships as to whether a First and foremost, Derek was upfront and honest about the car from the first phone call. I had been lied to at two other dealerships as to whether a car was a smokers car. A 50 mile drive each way twice. Not a happy camper. Needless to say, those guys won't get any recommendations for friends or family. Derrick checked out the car, told me the service that was being performed and even checked the body for door dings. We briefly talked about price. He offered to meet me at the lot on his day off as that was my day free. The car was as described and I bought it on the spot. When I asked about a second remote for the car, he went out of his way to track down the salesman who took the car in. I'm happy to say I will soon have a second keyless entry saving me $200. That's what I call super service. All in all, I'm vary pleased with the car as is my son who will be driving it. I won't hesitate to use Derek again or recommend him to family and friends. Most people want a no nonsense, honest approach to buying a car. Took me a few tries but I got that with Derek. More
