The truck was exactly as described over the phone (I was traveling from about 1.5 hours away so this was important) and Derek was extremely helpful with the test drive and investigating some of my concerns. The negotiation process was smooth and Byers was very reasonable in their pricing. Financing was a breeze with none of the "pushiness" you usually encounter when buying a vehicle.
