Great, Quick experience. I found the vehicle online. I submitted an offer and was called back the next morning asking more details and how I arrived at my number. I ended up coming into the store to test drive the vehicle and talk more numbers and a trade in. The vehicle was there waiting for me cleaned and shined. Derek was super friendly and very professional. He answered a few of my questions and I took it for a drive. In the. Meantime they got a number worked up for my trade and by the time I got back he had ran the number by the finance guy Heath. It was super quick and very transparent. They even showed me the spread on the vehicle to allow me to understand why they were offering a price a little higher than my request. I am in sales so it was amazing to see that kind of truthfulness so we could both be honest about our goals on this vehicle and arrive at a deal that was good for both the dealer and me. after coming to an agreement I had to leave to get to an appt. when I came back an hour later everything was ready to go. We went over all of the paperwork and I was out the door 25 mins later even after cleaning out my trade in. Derek and Heath were both great. I would definitely work with them again. More
