The person who initially took in my vehicle was rude and very condescending, for no apparent reason other than I am a black female. Not impressed with this service department at all. Had I not filed a compl very condescending, for no apparent reason other than I am a black female. Not impressed with this service department at all. Had I not filed a complaint I believe I would have been charged for the work and time they put in, even though, they knew I had an ESP. I felt like I was judged based on the color of my skin and the fact that they assumed I knew nothing about cars. I've had two mechanical engineers as bf's who worked for Cadillac dealers plus I am a respiratory therapist that manages life support systems. These workers were just rude no respect. Not sure why this occurred but I plan on taking it to the owner of Ford. More
Thoroughly kept appointment on time. They gave me a detailed evaluation of what was wrong with my car. Comfortable waiting room while car was being worked on. They gave me a detailed evaluation of what was wrong with my car. Comfortable waiting room while car was being worked on. More
I was out of town when I experienced car trouble. Tiffany was sensitive to my situation realizing that I needed to leave Ohio on Tuesday. She kept me informed and my car was ready for my trip home. Service department was polite and called me about the status of my vehicle, that a part needed to be ordered and will not be ready until the next day, which it was. status of my vehicle, that a part needed to be ordered and will not be ready until the next day, which it was. More

Tiffany was great, kept us updated through a long wait for a backordered part. The cashier that checked us out (my receipt says her name was Tuesday) found a reward I didn't know I had and saved me some m for a backordered part. The cashier that checked us out (my receipt says her name was Tuesday) found a reward I didn't know I had and saved me some money. But they did manage to find a $200 extra thing needing repaired on what should have been a warranty repair. I genuinely don't know if that was a ripoff tbh, but it was like "ugh of course there was SOMETHING, it's never fully under warranty." And we dropped off the car with the top cover panel of the center console removed (had attempted to manually force a gear shift), but the car was returned with the entire center console removed. Like, seat warmers disconnected, wires hanging out, etc.. They re-installed it at no charge upon request, but the technicians note said we dropped it off with the center console already removed, which simply wasn't true. More
