They are placed my driver side airbag recall ended a “free“ diagnostic of the car and found some things in the front end of the car that needed to be replaced. I wasn’t too surprised I knew this had to happen based on the miles of the car so I went ahead and have them do it. About $2000 later, which in and of itself is it drastically high for the repairs that they did , I was still having issues. I took it back to the service center were all the sudden they had no record of my car ever having been in. This was less than 24 hours after the fact. They wouldn’t even take a look at the car saying that they don’t do diagnostics on cars it ever been in service center. That statement is understandable however I had just been there and was talking to the person who helped me the whole time. I took the car to a few different mechanics around town all of them confirmed that repairs had not been done showed me parts that with my bill should’ve been replaced I had clearly been on the car for a long long time. I filed a police report. I filed a fraudulent charge with my credit card. Somehow these guys got away with it. I had to take it to another mechanic to finally get the repairs done for another $1800 If there ever were crooks… This is where they work More
Worst Service I had been enjoying the Cherokee I bought from you, until I brought it in for service last week. I made an appointment for 9am to not just get the "complimentary" oil changed but to have a couple of minor things checked (shifting hard sometimes and a knocking noise in the rear). When I arrived the service rep acted perturbed that I brought it to the regular service rather than going to the express lane. I was then informed that the appointment was just to drop the Cherokee at the service center and that it would take all day to service it. The oil was NOT changed even though the work-order said it was and they had performed other work that I neither ask for nor authorized. I was given a bill of $86.64 for the work they supposedly preform, which i doubt, without my authorization. I am having second thoughts about purchasing this vehicle even though several of my family members have Jeeps through Button Motors. I never had any service issues with Chevy service like this and wish I had remained a Chevy customer. I am so disgusted with the service that I would like to return the Cherokee and get my Equinox back. Richard Smith More
poor service department I bought my Jeep at Button in 2014. They are very busy and if you want to schedule an appointment, its usually about a 2 week wait to get your vehicle I bought my Jeep at Button in 2014. They are very busy and if you want to schedule an appointment, its usually about a 2 week wait to get your vehicle in. I had been notified by Chrysler of a recall (S61) and was told by Button that their first available appointment was in a month. I dropped of the Jeep yesterday and was called today to come pick up my Jeep. I was told they hadn't even ordered the part and that I would need to schedule another appointment. They said that they had to get the number off the part that was being recalled and then they could order that part. I told them that I had the same recall on my other Jeep and Champion was able to order the part the same day without seeing my Jeep and it was repaired in a few days time (only 1 appointment needed). They blamed Chrysler for not allowing them to order the amount of parts needed for a recall. I called Chrysler and told them the problem. They said that they had parts available and recommended that I take it to another dealership. The guy I spoke with said that he was reporting the problem to Chrysler and apologized for what Button did. I called Champion in Indianapolis and spoke to Ron in the service department. He was able to get the part ordered (without needing to see my Jeep to get a number off the part that needs replaced) and get my Jeep scheduled to have it repaired on 9/28/17. And guess what??? It didn't take a month to get it fixed!!!! Button needs to increase the size of their service department so that they can get vehicles repaired in a timely manner. They also need to work on their communication skills. Please let customers know in advance that a part isn't available and that it can't be ordered until after they see your vehicle. More
Lousy Service department The service department at Buttons has to be one of the worst. If you want your oil changed and that is all, you probably won't have any problems. Th The service department at Buttons has to be one of the worst. If you want your oil changed and that is all, you probably won't have any problems. They are either understaffed in their service department or under enthused about working. It takes two weeks to schedule your car in for repairs. Today I called to schedule an appointment and I got transferred twice before a secretary answered and said someone would have to call me back to set up an appointment. Here I sit fifteen minutes later and no one has called back. I guess my next purchase will be at a different dealership .... one that has more than one person working. Please note I did not deal with the people checked since I could not get through but the review requires you indicate individuals so based on my previous experience I selected them all. Update: I finally called back after 25 minutes and was told that it would be the 14th before I could get service. That is only 11 days to wait. I told them to forget it. I am going to Florida and I will get service down there. No more new cars from Buttons! Maybe in a few years they will get their dealership running like it should. More
aweful is the only word that comes to mind. Mark W did a great job during the sale, but the dealership has more then earned it's reputation for a terrible service dept after the sale. I persona Mark W did a great job during the sale, but the dealership has more then earned it's reputation for a terrible service dept after the sale. I personally have purchased three new vans and two new Jeeps over the years from this place and each and every time I tell myself "never again". This time I mean it. When you enter their service dept, there is a better then not chance you won't even be acknowledge for standing right in front of them. Once they realize you're not going away and they have to talk to you, it's as if you dared to bother them with your presence. When you have to call the owner to get marginal service, and repairs that are sub standard needing follow up vists, why would one put themselves thru that. I have one more same piece of business with them to finish my last purchase and I will not go back. Don't say you haven't warned if you chose to deal with this outfit. More
My husband and I bought a 2012 Dodge Journey which took us awhile to realize water leaked inside when it rained! The years warranty was not up and the car was worked on 9 times! The Water Doctor had to co us awhile to realize water leaked inside when it rained! The years warranty was not up and the car was worked on 9 times! The Water Doctor had to come each time because there wasn't anyone qualified to work on there. After lots of talking I found out the Water Doctor really was only ther 3 times. The cars headliner is stained and ther is mold inside as well . We definitely were given the run around with no results other than being told our credit was not good enough for them to replace the car. Low and behold we went to Blosssom Cheverolet and got a 2013 dodge van and our payments are over 100.00 less!!!! I am extremely dissatisfied with all the people who were " trying" to help us out , you know who you are. It is really a sad day when when Chrysler will not stand behind their product. We did buy another Chrysler product but had a van befor, however never will I purchase a vehicle from Button!!! It really wasn't fun that your 4 year granddaughter is in the seat behind you and says Gammy I am getting rained on and the windows are up. I did stop by the dealership and ask if they forgot to pass out umbrellas with the purchase. I do realize this is a factory defect but no one stepped up to the plate not even Todd the Chrysler rep. Thanks but no thanks Fred and Tracy Albers More

The best Chrysler Dealer I have used for servicing my truck. The price was very reasonable. Since the mechanics were very knowledgable they were able to troubleshoot and solve a very difficult problem I truck. The price was very reasonable.
